Canto makes daily tasks much easier! I use Canto every day to find files within our department. We have so many different files that date back to years ago, so searching for them in other products can be difficult when I don't know the specific file name. But Canto lets you organize the files into folders and albums so everything is easy to find. Plus, my favorite feature is keywords and tags which makes searching for a specific file even quicker and easier! Sharing files with Canto means I don't have to download the file and then go to my email to send to someone. Instead, I can share directly from Canto! The upload process is quick even when uploading multiple files at a time, and it walks you through adding your file name, keywords, and tags so you can easily keep everything organized. I highly recommend Canto!

Canto: The Team Member You Need! Canto has provided a centralized hub where team members can collaborate. It has eliminated the need for multiple, duplicate files that take up shared drive space and cause confusion. It also provides the best Customer Service of any vendor with which I work. They are proactive in checking in, making sure we are maximizing our use of the platform and informing us of new functionality that is released quarterly. We have been so pleased, we signed a three-year contract when renewing our agreement. Can't recommend them enough!

Canto's file structure, sharing, and search capabilities are very good. Through the use of portals and branding tools, we have been able to improve our sharing capabilities internally and externally.

Canto has been easy to use and easy to get up and running. The simplicity of having all of our images in one place have been astronomical. The amount of time spent wasted looking for marketing images has been eliminated completely. That was our main purpose for selecting a DAM platform. The only bad thing I can say was our onboarding tech wasn't really the greatest. I think the amount of uses that we have found beyond our standard need case of storing and easily searching our large photos has been numerous. Easily sharing documents and links have been invaluable. Our training department is now using it to provide ongoing training to our teams, we have several portals for different use cases.

Canto has saved us countless hours of searching across devices, departments, servers, etc. for our assets when a client calls. Their custom gallery portals are also an excellent way to allow our customers to view and access the assets we want to share, while keeping "working files" behind closed doors. Overall amazing product!

I use Canto to manage images for marketing and website purposes. So far this is my favorite file management system. It is easy to navigate no matter the person's skill level. I can share files via email or a link. I can make folders private if not everyone has the copyright to use the photo. I can select the file size when downloading and select the dimensions I want. Thumbnail loading can lag sometimes but the downloading is fast. I recommend Canto!

Everyone on my team and within my department are very happy with the solution and they all claim that Canto has made their lives easier and jobs more efficient. The benefits include saving time and making it easier to work together and share photography within our department and with external partners. It has solved the problem of campus-wide digital asset needs. I am able to create a smaller portal where other members of the community can login and choose photos from a selection of my choosing. My department has access to all images, but for the larger community, I'm able to decide what they can utilize.

We decided to use Canto because of many features including the design, customizability, customer service, large thumbnails, organizational structure, tagging feature, and portal for outside consumers. The previous product that we were using was outdated and thumbnails were very small – searching for items was painful! Canto is beautiful and a pleasure to use when it's setup correctly and well thought out.

Canto is very helpful, and they respond to issues in a timely manner (within a day or less). They have lots of tutorial videos that you can watch and provide to new users.

Our team has been using Canto as our DAM for over two years. I'm quite pleased at the ease-of-use and the ability to get away from our dreaded corporate server! I like the way files are replaced and "versioned" simply by dragging the new one on top of the old file. The portals work great for the marketing projects for our individual clients as well.

Pros: Simple to use and works in both a browser and a desktop app. It has previews for Adobe native files which helps a lot when looking for specific assets.

Cons: The UI isn't great 鈥?it's not easy to view + pull down assets quickly without "going into" them. The UX could definitely benefit from some tweaking, but no major issues blocking functionality.

Overall: Simple tool to solve DAM needs!

So far we love Canto. The people are fantastic to work with. Everybody is friendly and fast to respond. The implementation was a breeze. They are very organized and help you every step of the way. The design interface is clean and modern. The organization tools are perfect. Being able to create a custom portal for each of our branches is great, it creates an impressive feature for us to give them.

After reviewing several DAM options, it was clear that Canto was the winner. There are a variety of integrations that will make your life a lot easier, and help colleagues safely access the proper assets they need. It's a great option for working with multiple departments and clients, as sharing assets is a lot more accessible. I also love that I keep coming across new features and new ways to optimize my experience.

Canto is very helpful. Our team has a lot of assets including multiple video series, blogs, and photo campaigns. Before Canto, If you weren't familiar with our folder structure and in it often, it was very hard to find the asset you were looking for.

Now we're able to add tags, include folders and albums, and keywords to each asset. The search function in Canto has helped a lot. But, it does take a lot of time to get your assets in Canto and sort through them. So, be prepared to spend some time sorting everything out before completely implementing Canto.

Canto has been so helpful to my workflow at my non profit. It's one of the most efficient DAMs I've ever used. A process that used to take me hours or days on some platforms, like creating albums to distribute to partners and high touch donors, takes me a few minutes once the photos have been uploaded.

When I go to renew partners for my organization, it is great to know that everything is cataloged with tags and keywords so that I can quickly and efficiently show them progress throughout the year.

It wasn't easy to find the right DAM to manage our pictures. Canto was easy to set up and it is for nearly everybody self-explanatory. It convinced us with its role & rights concept, good thumbnails, support for nearly every datatype and an understandable metadata-management.

The option to set up portals helps us to spread our media to different target groups.
