I bought a foldable bicycle with Yess brand from Carlab. Delivery time was ok.
There are problems with the bike and I send them emails to explain the problems. I said I can send them photos, videos to show the problem with the bike. No answer.
Not good customer service.

I contacted the customer service to know when they were going to send my package and they told me that they would have done that in the evening and that I should have received it the day after. They sent the package 3 days after they promised.
