we have been vacationing in the Boone, Banner Elk area for over 20 years. This is the 1st time we have had to cancel our vacation. Our sole reason is because of the Covid 19 virus my wife and I will have been out of work for over two months leading to our vacation.There is no way to make any more payments so we had hoped due to circumstances beyond our control that Carolina Cabin Rentals would either hold our full deposit for a future rental or return our full deposit. They informed us that the refund policy is unwavering. So sad to see the lack of humanity during this crisis.

The cancelation policy for the Coronavirus situation is terrible. Will never use this service again and I warn anyone of using their service. It is very sad for a business to take advantage of a situation like this to not be accommodating to their customers. If I was you go to another place to rent.

The cabin and setting was absolutely beautiful. Access into the cabin was quick and easy, and it was more than enough space for our adult party of six. We will always use Carolina Cabin Rental when we go to Beech Mountain! I trust this company so much to make sure my family has a great time!

Rental property was great and no issues checking in or out. Carolina Cabin Rentals requires renter to place a big security deposit and then charges an admin fee to return the security deposit, which takes up to 3 or 4 weeks. This extra charge seems like another way for Carolina Cabin just to take extra money from the renter, one more hidden fee.

Absolutely amazing experience!! This was our favorite vacation we鈥檝e taken ever as a family. The cabin was top-of-the-line, super clean and perfectly appointed with all the bells and whistles. We cannot wait for our next stay at this, and other, cabins with Carolina Cabin Rentals. Their customer service was outstanding and the rental process super simple.

Grandfather's Porch was absolute beautiful in every aspect!! We enjoyed it so much that we are looking into purchasing it. The mountain view is emaculate!!

Amazing experience and staff! Silverleaf was beautiful clean with great Amenities.
I left my IPAD, and was devastated. I thought I would never see it again. The staff made arrangements to have it picked up and they didnt seem to mind my constant inquiries. This is our second rental and we will always continue to use CCR!

Carolina Rentals were very accommodating and helpful. The cabin we rented, Mountain Bliss, was beyond our expectations. It was tucked away far enough to be very peaceful and quiet but not too far from restaurants, shops, etc. We will definitely be back.
