Order never been dispatched. Ordered with one day delivery via DPD. Have to wait up to 5 days to refund my money back to my account. Will report to Trading Standards. Also this company has two trustpilot accounts to split bad and good reviews as I can see.

Ordeted 2 O2 sensors on Thursday evening and chose the DPD delivery option. Received via tracked delivery within the allocated 1 hour time slot on Saturday and fitted to the car 30 minutes later. Great service and competively priced.

The reason this review gets one star is that only one thing happened that was good and that was the speedy delivery, unfortunately, from that point, everything went downhill rapidly. Back in March, just into lockdown, I ordered a battery which was delivered promptly but, it was the wrong one, from that point on I have made numourous calls and three written requests to have it collected and a refund issued, it is now over 5 months later and absolutely nothing has been done. I recognise Covid but, this is an absolutely absurd period to wait for action. Purchased the same battery from another company and cheaper.I would never recommend this company and this is the worst review I have had to write in five years or more.

Awful service, bought a part with next day delivery, three days later when I phone them I was told that they don鈥檛 have it in stock, while it was showing that they have the part in stock on their website. No one bothers to inform me during those three days, no emails, no phone calls, no messages.

Been awaiting a refund since May. Still not received after numerous phone calls and emails. Promised refund within 2-3days. Still not processed. My parts order 121-00000911605 was returned refund never sorted.

Part of order did not arrive e mailed number of time with no response phoned waited ages so put phone down tried chat to no avail asked for refund no reply so had to resort to paypal to claim money back.
would recommend paying this way so at least you can get your money back will not use them again.

This lot are a bunch of wasters. Wrong parts sent and returned, correct part not received for a week. No response to emails, when I eventually got through on the phone after days of trying, even the person I spoke to didn't know what the part number related to.
I better get my refund or will be paying them a visit!
DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE CLOWNS!

Using Covid as an excuse to not respond promptly and not sending my products I have purchased.

Firstly they never sent part of my order and failed to inform me that they never had that in stock.

Secondly after emailing them to find out more about the delivery only then they realised they never had that in stock later informing me they are sending it.

Order was placed on 2nd June 2020 and it's 13th August with no luck.

I am yet to receive the products I ordered neither are they fulfilling me refund request.

I am in the same boat as all the other people on here no parts delivered .. I think we should all get together & take them to the small claims court.They are taking money on a fraudulent basis. Anybody else would be arrested before now.

DON'T USE THEM.

Initially they sent nothing for 4 weeks. Had to call them (took 45 minutes) to prompt them to send the part.

Then they sent the wrong part! Took another hour on the phone to get them returned.

6 weeks and 2 chaser emails later I still have no refund and it's been well over an hour on the phone so far, with no answer.

Appalling, truly appalling.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, been trying to ring Customer Services for last few days, kept waiting on phone over 1 hour, advisors not helpful, don't listen to customers. They sent me wrong car parts, took them 6 weeks to collect, items were collected eventually from my home address.
Now waiting for a refund, it's been 3 weeks, still waiting. Disgraceful Service, will never use again.

Ordered 2 bilstein Dampers.

1 is faulty at delivery and the box was tatty.

Ring them to try and resolve and no answer after 40 minutes on hold.

Won't use them ever again.

Worst parts company I have ever used in 25years of fixing cars.
Parts have never arrived.

No one will respond to me via phone or email. If it was not for my credit card company refunding me I would still be waiting for my money or parts 5months later.

When I did get a response it was for a totally different customer. I got someone else鈥檚 name, address, email, make model, and age of car.

Given that this is a part of Eurocarparts, it is an absolute disgrace.

I can safely say I have never had a worse level of service (not that you can even call it that.) for anything, ever.

At the end of May I placed an order for brake discs and pads and fitting accessories 121-00000997116, just under 拢200 worth of parts. At the time of ordering it was suggested delivery would be 3 to 4 working days.

The first package arrived after 5 days but only contained a few of the parts and a can of primer I had not ordered. I waited patiently and on the Monday, 6 workings days after ordering a second parcel arrived marked 2 of 2. This parcel still did not contain the front brake discs or the brake fluid.

I attempted to contact Carparts4less by webchat. After spending 6 hours waiting on the Webchat I had received no response and the office was now closed. I then turned to the phone to try and contact them but hold times were two hours and on my first two attempts the system cut me off after 2 hours. I finally managed to get through to an operator who was more concerned with arranging a collection of their can of paint worth 拢4 which they had shipped in error than resolving the missing items from my order. The operator then established that there was a third delivery scheduled for dispatch but whilst trying to find out what would be in the third parcel she cut me off.

I waited again for the third parcel and arranged a specific date for delivery with the courier who then failed to deliver because they were too busy. I finally had to drive for 40 miles taking 2 hours of my time to collect the brake discs from the courier鈥檚 depot. I haver still received not brake fluid.

I have now sent three complaint emails and waited 6 weeks for a response. It is not possible to contact Carparts4less by phone or email. Despite saying their phone lines are open on a Saturday they are not and they still do not respond on Webchat. Fortunately it was only the brake fluid which I was able to source locally but getting a refund on the brake fluid or my petrol appears to be impossible.

I suggest you do not use this company if you actually need the items you have ordered.

Within minutes of posting this review I received a call from the Car Parts 4 Less trust pilot response team. They were able to resolve the problems with my order within minutes. Unfortunately they are now harassing me via email to emend my Trust Pilot review off a 1 star review which I do not appreciate.

Ordered a fuel filter and 2 ready mixed antifreeze on the 19/3/20 order arrive 1x antifreeze short. I phoned up and was told it would be sent out, anyway it never arrived. I've phoned I dont know how many times.get told same story every time, were so sorry to hear this. It's now sortted, you will get a confirmation email and item will be sent as priority, still nothing. Absolute joke of a company, oh and even wasted my time emailing and online chats. Told same every time. Useless

AS OTHER THREADS STATE . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY .NO PARTS ARRIVED. No telephone response just a recorded voice mail no email contact.
I did use them in the past.
I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.Will now pursue PayPal rebate.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY………NO ASSETS , NO LIABILITIES, they took the order, the money, but we didn鈥檛 receive the goods. Numerous attempts to contact them via email unanswered, and by phone when they keep you on hold waiting to get through, for an hour at a time and then cut you off. Will now pursue a refund via credit card provider.

I purchase a drive belt and I chose the good quality premium 'CONTINENTAL' which is 拢7 more expensive than the Dayco because it is made in China that is what I want to avoid everything made in China as possible.

It arrived as a Dayco! I did not purchase this name, so I went contact on a chat with 126 in the queue. By the time it went shut because the hours were over everyone went to home! I haven't took the chance to speak to them, so I wait the next morning to speaking again by the phone nobody was answer. Fourth attempted trying to call still not answer left a message no answer. For god sake what are these people get pay for just do nothing? not help their customer?

Left a email no answer still not resolved two weeks so s*d them put the belt in my bin! never will buy from them again ever! probably the worst car parts company since my Fiat dealer has it increase my blood pressure when try to deal with return nobody is there at the office because of bulls**t coronavirus. Government has said all return to normal last week. Why they were not in the office?

PLEASE DON'T BUY IF IT IS CHEAP I MEAN DON'T BUY FOR GOD SAKE! I DON鈥橳 THINK YOU WILL GET A REFUND FOR THE NEXT HUNDRED YEARS!

First time I've used this company over EuroCarParts and it was a ''BIG MISTAKE''. I ordered pollen filter and air filter, order placed on 28/06/20 Order Number: 121-00001029661. I received package with pollen filter only!!! I contacted them thru chat, guy on chat said I will pass this to some department, some lady told me over by phone that someone from management team will be contacted with me in next few days!!! CONTACTING ME ABOUT WHAT!!! I was expecting something like ''we will send you missing item shortly, or we can provide a refund''. Now I'm reading all this bad comments on ''trustpilot'' but I thing now is to late. My next step is contacting PayPal to somehow get my money back. What a joke!!!

This company, if you can call it that, is absolutely shocking! I ordered a new battery back in the beginning of April and was given no indication of a delivery time nor any ability to track my order. Having emailed to enquire I was sent a generic response informing me not to contact again until after 10 days of ordering. So I waited but nothing arrived, and waited more and still nothing arrived. Eventually I decided to go to my local Euro Car Parts store to buy the battery (ironically).
I then rang Car Parts for Less and waited for 105 mins before someone answered. Having told the guy I wanted to cancel my order because of the wait ( at this point 20 days) he apologised and said I鈥檇 get a refund within a week. 3 months later and multiple emails and attempted calls later I still haven鈥檛 had a penny back!

Correct me if I鈥檓 wrong but is this not day light robbery? If someone walked up to you on the street and stole 拢100 from you they鈥檇 be arrested and possibly sent to prison right? Well this is no different so I say let鈥檚 report this lot to the police…? Absolute crooks!
