Was contacted by text to earn $500 a week to have a wrap put on my truck. Gave them my address. Then I find a FedEx on my porch with a check and letter. The letterhead was copied. Because of a prior scam I knew it didn鈥檛 look right. The car warp instead of car wrap was a giveaway too.

I applied to have a car wrap put on my car for thirty days from a web site add. I received a check and told to deposit it and contact Mr. Williams once it was deposited and he would contact me about getting a tech out to put the car wrap on. I then went out to the web site and found all these people that are claiming to have been scammed. I will keep you informed if I ever get the car wrap done.

Received a FedEx package on 11/11/2020 with a letter that had Bud Light on the letterhead. The letter was accompanied by a check in the amount of $2,550.33. The check was drawn on TCF Bank Michigan and the name on the check was Robert J Sikorski but the signature was Raleigh F. Davis, Jr. The letter instructed me to email or text a copy of your deposit receipt so that they can verify it for their records to either [email聽protected] or 916-675-6721, Text to Mr. Williams at this number with the information with your Full Name, Check Amount and Check Number. It tells you to make sure your phone is available for Mr. Williams to speak to you and help you arrange the most convenient date for the technician to come and install the wrap on your car. The letter is signed by Mr. Mitchell Williams, Auto Wrap Campaign Manager. I looked up all the names on the internet and nothing matched. Mr. Sikorski is a doctor in Michigan. I did not deposit this check in my account. The letter did not contain enough information. No address or phone information was present on the letter – definitely a fraud. Please beware!!

I received a text Oct 20, 2020 about signing up for car wraps advertising for budlight. I was all for it until I received an email saying I'm approved check is on its way, deposit it into my account and take a picture and email them and keep $500 and wait for instructions on who to pay for the wraps
