Purchased a pan from this company on internet. Says you can return. Cleaned the pot before use and black same off of inside of pan. Called company to return and you can't return anything once it's used. Their policy. Hum, so you are highly dissatisfied with inferior product and they won't stand behind it. Box said made in China. Probably not up to our food standards at all. Beware.

Very satisfied with my experience with casa.com. Ordered Le Creuset cookware at an excellent price. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Will definitely order from them again.

Found this site on google when I was searching for a specialty appliance. I ended up buying a few things for the house from them, got everything in a reasonable time, received exactly what I ordered. Over all, pretty good. I'd order from them again.

Once I received the item I ordered, I quickly realized that the main feature I bought it for was nothing more then a piece of casa.com's false description of the item. Not only was the main feature I bought it for nothing more then a fraudulent claim by casa.com, but they also sent me a Kidde brand item when I specifically ordered a GE product. So not only does casa.com not know the difference in manufacturers, but they also use false advertising to sell their products.

I ordered something and they told me it would come on December 14th at the latest . It's already December 16th and I've not received it yet . Is this site a scam?

I had never heard of this site before, but ended up getting there through Amazon and it looked pretty decent. Since they offered free return shipping and had good reviews, I decided to give them a try. What an incredibly pleasant surprise! Their merchandise is great, and customer service is EXCELLENT! The items I purchased went on sale for almost half price a few days later – they cheerfully, quickly and efficiently refunded me the difference.

The fireplace insert I ordered was $100 less than other retailers who carry this exact item. I ordered it on Sunday – even though Monday was a holiday, I received it on Wednesday. Very pleased with this company.

I was uncertain about CASA.com initially because there was limited information about the website. I took a chance and am extremely pleased that I did.

The particular item I purchased was about $5 cheaper than anywhere else, and in addition to that I was able to use a 20% coupon online and get a $60+ item for less than $40. Best part of all was it shipped for free and "would arrive in 2 days." I got it the very next day!

I don't do much online shopping, but I'll definately look to Casa.com in the future!

I bought a set of sheets I had been looking for EVERYWHERE and finally found on casa.com. One of the sheets had an un-sewn seam; when I let customer service know about this, all they offered was to give me a 'credit' for further purchases–they did not offer to replace the sheets, nor did they offer to refund my purchase. Instead they offered a $15.00 "refund" (the sheets were nearly $60.00) and $20.00 on future purchases. NOT GOOD! Bad customer service, bad response, and I will never shop there again. I recommend sticking with Amazon or Overstock, and avoid casa.com like the plague.
