Around a year ago we ordered a new sofa bed which was delivered with in a few days. Great! But we leather found the arm was damaged and asked for it to be replaced which they said they would do by the end of January however it took them four months to deliver the replacement and take away the old one. When I unwrapped it from the packaging I found it was even more damaged than the first one, the frame was actually broken. We asked for a third replacement but they said the sofa had now been discontinued and offered us another more expensive sofa for the same price. After another six months and stil no new sofa as promised they could not guarantee a delivery date we asked for our money back which we agreed upon return of the sofa to them. They collected the sofa with in a week and said the money would be transferred to us within 7 working days. After nearly three weeks we have still not received our refund and our emails complaining are being ignored (even after the threat of legal action) . These people are crooks and liars and should not be allowed to operate a business. Wish I had seen these other reviews before buying from them.

I am warning you this company is NOT to be trusted. They will sell you items they never intend on delivering and lie to you and NEVER reply to your messages. It has now been acquired by ACHICA- which is even worse than them. I know you think buying from them will save you money but it will kill you with stress!
NOT WORTH IT!
The items I have received from them have all arrived damaged and are of the cheapest quality.

I ordered an item of jewellery as a gift. This was in plenty of time for the day I needed it. Five and a half weeks and two phone calls later the item had not arrived. I have now asked for a refund because the date has passed and I have had to buy an alternative gift. Every phone call has taken fifteen minutes to answer and was dealt with by people who had no idea when the goods would be delivered. I was told that items are not routinely in stock and the delivery date was unknown. This is not made clear at the time of ordering, the likely reason being that fewer people would order if they knew in advance they would have an endless wait for what they have paid for.
I will never go near this company again, I have had better and more prompt service from an automatic vending machine.

Casafina is a a total waste of time and fraud website. I ordered few lights spending total of 拢1000. Delivery expected in 2-3 weeks that never happened and have been. One lost in post and the others discontinued. Have been chasing for refunds for 15 days that have not been done. Above all staff is constantly lying that the money has been refunded where it has not been refunded. Please don't waste your money with these Idiots!!

My heart sank when I saw the 'news' that Casafina had merged with Achica. I had the WORST experience ever with Achica 3 years ago with damaged / shoddy goods and fighting for refunds. It was a total waste of time.

I'd ordered 2 sofas costing 拢1600 from ACHICA due for delivery 26th Feb as per the dates THEY offered when ordering.

Three emails later I'm told they haven't put the sofas out for delivery as they haven't received them into the warehouse. Just Mickey Mouse service.

I'm now on hold to World Stores their parent company for over 15 minutes trying to get a refund.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FORM THESE IDIOTS

still awaiting a delivery of a bed part , ( one part missing of 3, they left it on the van)!.. .. been waiting 4 weeks for the 'missing' part.. delivery times/dates promised then missed.. verbal promises made that have been broken time and again..tradesman having to be stood down .. spoken to Worldstores on numerous occassions and feel badly let down .. customer support and service is diabolical, shocking beyond belief..all in all I'd rather chew glass and stick red hot needles in my eyes rarther than use this company again.. ( is that honest enough)!

I ordered a bed from Casafina at a cost of over 拢800. Shipping was advertised as being within 1-2 weeks, however, after a month it still had not arrived. Days were booked for delivery and then cancelled last minute…this went on and on until I finally had enough and attempted to contact Casafina customer service. And that's where my main gripe with the company lies – it does not seem to have a customer service department. The telephone number on its website is just an answer machine message and emails go unanswered. We only resolved the issue and finally got a refund by ringing it's parent company World Stores and demanding action and writing of our grievance on their Twitter account. The latter seemed to spur them into taking action. Very very poor service which is a shame as they seem to sell nice things. The overwhelming impression I got was of a company more interested in style over substance. And as soon as they have your money they pretty much wash their hands of you and leave it up to any one of their numerous 'suppliers' and 'delivery companies' to deal with your order.

Ordered 2 items. One with 2-3 week delivery and the other 3-5 days. 6weeks later still waiting. Emailed numerous times and do get generic response on occasion , however date is always put back for when they are "due to receive stock".
Searched Google for Casafina contact info to find number 08444827500. This is World stores of whom took payment. I was told they don't have anything to do with Casafina. I told them I got their number from the website and their addresses are the same! I was then told they could email Casafina for me and I would get a phone call. No phone call, no email and still waiting for delivery.

I wouldn't mind waiting however all it would take to keep a customer from questioning if this is a reputable company is communication and customer services you could actually speak to. I wait with bated breath for the items I have paid for!

Overall, if you don't mind waiting a month and a half for a duvet cover….sending endless emails and being out of pocket for a while before you decide to give up and request a refund…then order away!

If I do manage to get my orders sorted and Casafina magically make me feel more confident in their company, I will be sure to amend my review.

Abysmal response. Was sent shoddy goods after over 1 month wait for delivery. Items so damaged. Unsafe and unuseable. After 8 unanswered e mails and three unanswered phone calls was left to start dispute on. C card payment. Disgusted with service and lack of any registered business address to contact 锔廵tc. No returns help and no customer service WHATSOEVER! Warning to all Internet shoppers – do not risk using this company in the UK
Incidentally a company exists in the USA with a similar name that took more responsibility for my disappointment than I have yet received from casuarina UK website. It appears the USA company get a lot of feedback regarding disgruntled customers from the UK who cannot trace this apparently suspect operator. ? Speaks volumes – do not trust their website !

Bed just arrived, head board damaged, headboard button detail not symmetrical, 2 draws broken and the other bend, and very cheaply made, considering bed was not cheap!

Waiting on hold for 35mins to request refund n collection but still no answer, tried again but given up holding so awaiting response from my email. Very poor customer service.

Item was supposed to arrive a week ago – I had to chase eventually. No updates sent on the status, unlike the majority of reputable high street companies. I was then advised that delivery would be today – waited in all day, and guess what – no call from "delivery company" as I was told I would get and most annoyingly no delivery. Casa Fina are happy to take money immediately but then your order goes into a big black hole. Goodness knows what the quality will be like when it eventually shows up. I have a feeling a chat with Trading Standards may be required. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Having an invalid husband and consequently being unable to 'go out shopping', the discovery of CASAFINA has been an unmixed blessing!
To know that whatever one orders from any one of the various and varied departments will be of superb quality is very reassuring. The selection of goods available is breath-taking!

I was really pleased with my new handbag which I received a couple of weeks ago. However, I am still waiting for a delivery of a second handbag which I ordered on 26 October which I am hoping will arrive shortly.

Ordered a rug paid my money said it would be 2-3 weeks 6 weeks later I am still waiting I have had no communication from the customer service team I chased by email and telephoned bog standard reply it's coming in next week and it never comes The team obviously haven't a clue what's happening and frankly couldn't care less

I ordered goods on next day delivery they arrived 3 weeks later with no message advising why, it took me 3 days of emails and phone calls to find out they were waiting for one item and wouldn't send out the others whilst waiting. Did you know when you put things in your basket they aren't actually yours – I tried to buy goods this morning and put them in my basket but they sold out whilst I was shopping – it's just rubbish.

I have ordered an armchair and contacted with customer services asked for saturday delivery and paid for additional fee for the saturday delivery after waiting 3 weeks for a delivery noone turned up and not even a courtesy call to let me know they cant come, anyway 5 days after i received an armchair but is not what i have ordered!!! It has been 1.5 weeks i am still waiting for a delivery company to come and pick up the wrong item and i can hopefully get a refund!!! Such a nightmare!!! Why is it so damn hard to deliver the item i originally paid 650 pounds for??? Whyyyy still making me suffer to get my refund whyyyy??? I will never ever shop from Casafina ever again!!!

I ordered a table and promised 3-4 week delivery, after 5 weeks I emailed to ask when I could expect delivery, I received an email 2 days later to confirm dispatch so I called a local charity and donated my not so old dinning table. 3 days later I called their courier company Arrow XL to be told Casafina had not dispatched my table!!! Last night I received another email saying Arrow had lost my order and it would be 3-4 weeks before they could send another one out!! looks like Christmas dinner will be on trays this year.. so disappointed take a bit of advise and don't buy from these liars

I ordered a picture from Casafina and the website was very easy to navigate and it was quite easy to complete the payment side of things. The picture arrived very quickly and it was in perfect condition. I would recommend Casafina to anyone thinking of purchasing items for the home.
