They offered me an absolutely pathetic amount for my car, Charles hurst offered 拢500 more and I thought that was bad, I got an offer of 拢1500 more from top gear NI which I thought was realistic although still less than what I wanted for my high spec car with full service history and in excellent condition. Staff are rude and insulting, I would read other reviews before waisting your fuel and time.

The offer was complete Crap. 2000 Euros under the nearest market value, are you kidding me. And the Guy calling telling me with surprise honesty that picking up costs 300 Euros and we are dealers who should make very fat profit margin. Completely unprofessional

It was a major fiasco. The initial offer and everything was fine and I scheduled the first pickup date two days after the day I called in.
First day of waiting:
I waited all day and called a couple of times to get an update and the first time they said the driver would call me and then the second time they said the driver had a breakdown but didn鈥檛 call me about it. So I called and rescheduled for a week later first thing in the morning.
Second day of waiting:
Waited until 9 to call and ask the status of the driver this day. They said he is coming before noon (they screwed up the pickup as it was supposed to be FIRST THING in the morning). Called again at noon, the driver was 10 mins away and would call when he was on his way. Called again at 1:00 and the driver was not able to answer his phone anymore, so they scheduled a different towing company to come. New tow company comes at 3:30 to grab the vehicle, and the driver wondered why he didn鈥檛 get called initially anyway as his company is 10 mins away.
Anyway, this company is a complete disaster once it gets to scheduling a pickup. Read the reviews, there are plenty like mine where people have to wait around forever to get a pickup to actually happen. I shouldn鈥檛 have had to wait for almost two full days when it should have been picked up in the first 4 hours of the first day. Beware.

Arranged a pick up of my 2008 hyundai accent. They offered 200 dollars which is way below the value as little work needs to be done to fix it. I accepted the offer and arranged a time for it to get picked up. They never showed and stopped taking my calls after I wasted a day waiting for them to show up.

Looked up an instant quote with cashforcars.com. Got a quote back as well as emails and a phone call. They say the parent company is Copart. I looked it up and watched a YouTube video about their particular racket, and I even looked up the supposed auto yard in Waldorf. It seemed odd that I got duplicate emails from different people. We agreed and arranged for pickup. They never showed. I鈥檓 calling BS.

Horrible idiots. I'm giving away I crashed 535i BMW for $550. I take a day off work to be there for their pickup. They don't even show up. As a result I lose more than $550. Screw these guys. They're bottom-feeding scumbags and they suck

We will come to your home and pick it up and give you $220 cash! I was told this as if I should be excited to part with a running 2006 Acura RL. A fender is worth more than that. This is a boiler room operation. Bottom feeders. Carmax offered $3000.

all these reviews are fake,first of all none of the names of people mentioned here don't work for our company, maybe these people have our business confused with another company. Also a rep from trust pilot called to push selling us something we didn't want, therefore they scam companies into buying something from them, meanwhile if you don't want what they are selling then they go and create fake reviews, so you'll use their company to remove the bad reviews. The only place online that has bad reviews on our company is this BLACKMAIL company trust pilot, their reviews are fake!!

Do not even bother. The only people that would part with their car to these thieves are severely misinformed or crack heads that need their next fix. Spoke to some loser named Joe who offered me 50% of the value of my car. Take the time to sell your car privately or go to a reputable dealership.

They made me an offer on my 2004 Dodge Dakota 4×4 Quad Cab which still runs great and is in mint condition inside and out. Their offer was ludicrous!!! What planet is this place from, who sells a perfectly running Dodge Dakota 4×4 for $320. Give me a f#@?ing break.I cant believe people fall for these thieves. Iam reporting them to the proper authority.

SO RUDE – said "what do you want for it" said what I wanted he said "if that's what you think it's worth why would I want it I can't sell it for that price. " not for me" and hung up?! What on earth happened to good customer care – won't ever reccomend them to anybody I'm disgusted.

Cash for Cars is the real deal. They came out the same day, not a week later, paid great money CASH, took the old 03 Toyota that was leaking all over the driveway and hadn't run in 2 years, and swept the driveway clean. I'm telling everybody! And they were very nice and quite handsome.

Driver called me and told me he was on his way. Got here gave me cash and handed him the keys and he was done within minutes and out the driveway.

Maxcaroffers.com reviews sound too unbelievable to be true. Really? 5 stars, one after another? 20 minutes? Come on. Give me a break. Bogus is too kind a description. A more realistic one also starts with a "B" but is too rude to say here.

Just called to get an offer. Only had a two minute conversation with the guy and this is exactly what he said "We don't actually have an offer to make, but we can pick up your car, keep it until it sells, and we will take $500 out of it." That's the sketchiest thing I've ever heard.

I'm literally copying and pasting what I just sent to the administrator. If I get the boot, oh well…at least I blew the whistle. Here's what I wrote: "Ok, normally I don't take the time to write when I see stuff like this but COME ON! I was looking for legit information about Cash4Cars (beatcarmaxoffers.com) so I did a Google search and TrustPilot popped up. I started reading the reviews and about the 4th one, things started getting fishy. I read through ALL 31 of them and these are the most BOGUS reviews I've ever seen. #1- They all contain key verbiage in them that you can find in almost every review. Phrases like "They beat CarMax's offer etc ect." #2- EVERY SINGLE PERSON gave them a 5. Sorry but I'm not buying that 100% of the customer pool is 100% satisfied 100% of the time. #3- Is "Rob" a one man band? He's the ONLY one ever mentioned. Either there are 10 guys by the name of Rob working for this company, or 1 Rob with some pretty persuasive ways to get consumer feedback $$$ Anyhow, will you please look at these reviews..They are a joke and gave me a bad first impression of this website."

I got two offers from CarMax and then I called this guy and I didn't tell him what the offers were and he came to my house paid me in cash and beat both offers! it was awesome! cash for cars is definitely staying in my phone book.

i needed to sell my car (bmw) and I didn't really know how to go about this. One issue was that there was a check engine light on and in the state of california the car will automatically fail smog testing if this is the case. In order to sell my car in CA then i would be required to smog it by law before selling the vehicle. So since i didn't want to put anymore money into the car this wasn't really a good situation for me. A friend had mentioned this company called Cash for cars and so i decided to give them a shot. After arriving to my home and paying me in cash, i realized this seemingly huge headache is completely gone in 20 minutes. I couldnt be happier. highly recommended

I had a bmw that was giving me problems and I was tired of putting money into it. I called cash for cars at beatcarmaxoffers.com and made an appt. Rob came to my house and we finished up the deal in 20 minutes and I didnt hace to worry about finding a ride or anything since it was all done at my reaidence. Selling my car couldnt have been easier.

my car had a check engine light and I didn't want to put more money in to fix it. I drove all over the place from dealer to dealer getting terrible offers. I met this guy named Rob and he ended up giving me the highest bid and he was actually very nice. He drove to me so I didn't have to worry about asking my friends for a ride and he paid me within 20 minutes of meeting and the deal was done. It was as simple as that.
