The process is quick and no hassle. This is intended for short term turnaround only. The rates are insane but if you are needing something now because $$ is coming in a week or two, then this is the way to go.

Sometimes you need a little extra to tide you over for the month. I believe this is my fourth short term loan from Cash Call. I am always treated with respect and courtesy and always pay the loan back within the month. I am glad they are there to help.

Do not get a loan from this company it's a scam, to borrow 2,525$ you have too pay back 18,000$+ to them for interest. That is rediculous.

Monthly calling to confirm payments as if I was currently delinquent are annoying. When ask to be stopped I'm told to write a letter. Unless I am delinquent I should not have to write a letter requesting such action.
Representatives can be blunt, dry, rude, and never seem interested in hearing facts or information.
Why do you have to send correspondence or payoff payments to a different address? Do you even offer the opportunity to refinance the original loan?

While I was helped in a pinch, and very quickly, the customer service could have been better. I called in, and while it may not have sounded like it, I was very nervous about having to take a loan for my small business. The man on the other end of the phone seemed as if he were having a bad day. When I asked him if he was, he said he didn't know why I would ask that. He seemed to lighten up a bit by the end of the transaction, but it really seemed as if he wasn't enjoying life, let alone his job.

Additionally, the interest rate for this quick loan is extremely high! While I understand these loans are ultimately "high risk" loans, there should be an option to refinance with CashCall after a number of payments, or some sort of solution in lowering the initial interest rate.

At the end of the day, I'm happy CashCall was able to provide me with some financing, helping me when urgently needed.

I was in a tight spot and cash call solved my problem in under 3 hours. It was a quick and easy solution.
The interest rate and fee were outrageous but I readily accepted the terms due to my situation.
I wish there was another solution with more reasonable pricing.

These guys want to get you a loan! Im on my second and itnis the place to go if problems pop up. I would recomend trying to payoff quickly however because the money will cost you. But, if a problem comes up, this is the fastest path. Thanks Donna for being a PRO!!!
