I reviewed an employment advertisement on Indeed's employment website for Custom Beverage Associates. It was a well-thought-out advertisement. It lured the potential Prospect with a Bonus sign-on from $2,000-$5,000. It stated you don't have to have any experience; they will train you. You could work remotely. The con part came into play when they purposefully used their A+ rating with the Nevada BBB as their #1 selling point to add credibility and accountability to their company.
From the meticulous advertisement, It's everything a potential employee in a Pandemic would desire. You could say it was just "too good to be true". Here's what I didn't see coming. Only, a true confidence scammer with no conscience would go through this type of elaborate confidence scheme. I get a call from D. Wallace Smith who claims to be the General Manager, on 1/9/21. He calls me on the business phone which is actually a cell phone, registered to a lady who lives in Las Vegas, NV, and lives in a home owned by Cindy Lee. Every part of the employment scheme is well throughout and planned step by step. He talks to me for 15-20 minutes. He tells me I'd be perfect for a position he had in mind. He'll call me back in at a specific time later (11:30 a.m.). In the meanwhile, he was going to talk to his District Mgr. and (get this) he hires me on the spot. No reference checks, no background check, no nothing (red flag). He asks me for my email to send my employment offer contract. He sends it to me with [email聽protected] an encrypted and untraceable email. Here are other red flags about this company. None of the people may really exist. D. Wallace Smith whose name is Daniel W. Smith listed on the Nevada business license address ****** Teddy Drive is (Siegel Suites), The President and Treasurer Geralden Presbitero, are in Singapore City, ***** SG, both addresses are bogus. One address is 4 Ponts By Sheraton Hotel and the other is the address In Singapore City for Tikay Presitero (Secretary) is called Uncrowd -("A Backpackers hostel").

The steps they use in their employment scheme to get immediate money.(Do the math-$45 X 15,000 people =:$675,000. This company which has a business license, and Las Vegas NV, BBB A+ rating operates (on job sites such as Indeed, Craiglist, etc.) all across the USA- But it is based in this one location of Las Vegas NV with their ACTIVE business license). All phone calls in other states' advertisements use local numbers which are then forwarded to the Las Vegas cell phone number used as their business phone line.

Here are the elaborate steps used to lure victims:
1. False lustrous advertisement (Too good to be true" to include substantial bonus money-$2,000-$5,000.
2. Hires you on the spot-over a telephone-No reference check, no background check-the only qualifier is you have to be 18.
3. Sends you an offer letter with the position he thinks you would be "PERFECT FOR"!
4. Set's a time later, to give you an opportunity to review the job offer.
5. Calls back at the agreed-upon set time-talks about the position.
Step 6-is where the job offers turns- They now attempt to collect fees of $45.00 and you haven't even started with the company.
6. Collection of fees prior to employment (red flag).
7. D. Wallace Smith set's a time for job orientation.
8. Sends documents( employment Contract, bonus offer) by encrypted and untraceable email,-no IP address), and a Paypal invoice to collect the $45.00 fee-so they attempt to get your credit card number.
9> D, Wallace Smith waits on you to call him for your new hire orientation.

Every address with this company is a P.O. Box or hotel establishment of some type with the President, Treasury, and Secretary located out of the country.
