I had problem with 4G internet for the past few days but it started working well again. And I am quite satisfied with overall service of CBB.

I had mobilt bredb氓nd with CBB and everything was ok until my Mac OS updated and the CBB USB dongle was not supported (could not run at all). I wrote this to CBB and they told me that I had to buy a new USB dongle (170 Kr).
I could not comprehend the idea of buying a new dongle each time I had to update Mac OS so I changed to Oister and when again I updated my Mac OS the Huawei dongle they gave me updated itself the firmware to run with the new version of Mac OS.
CBB should not dismiss lightly with a simple "buy a new dongle". Others can do better.

99 kr package changed to 119 kr automatically and over charging on auto charge.
i bought a 99 kr package for my wife and it seems the package was automatically changed to 119 kr and automatic charge was also added. as far as my wife and I remember, we never subscribed for auto charge.
secondly they charged me 198 twice in January 2019. what the hell is going on here?

Very great customer service and I am pretty satisfied in general with their internet speed, especially for this price. I have had 4G 95% of the time.
