Our school has been working with CDI for years. They are always working to find the best fit for our needs and have provided us with expert advice. Their products are good quality and their warranty is hard to beat. It is rare that one of their products fail, but within the warranty period we have no concerns. Accommodating, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and affordable. I could probably come up with a few more accolades but I'm sure you've got the picture.

My account manager, Adil Moledina, always personalizes my order by making sure it fits my preferred specs before he calls me with the great deal. If there has been a problem with an order, CDI instantly responded and took care of the issue.

Getting a quote was the lowest but
1. The Chromebook google update would expire in 2022. So I could only use these for 2/3 years. all the other vendor expired in 2024
2. Chromebook 2in1 was a Lenovo which no one should buy at any cost.
Due to his bids, I had to resubmit to bid out to get quality Chromebooks.

All items are overpriced by almost 50%. "Refurbished" means we are selling really used and patched together computers and sell/lease them for way over retail price. Often the power adapters that are shipped with computers are wrong or don't belong with that model.

Although I've had better communication with my current sales rep the previous sales rep was unresponsive and didn't like that fact that I continuously proved that items are overpriced.

The Canadian border is a logistics nightmare. If I send computers back for warranty replacement it might take months to get them back.

The only reason I still deal with CDI is because I have what is left of a 4 year lease. I don't even consider them for future leases or purchases. You'll pay twice as much and get half the value.

I had to visit CDI twice for an order that I had placed two weeks ago. Once they could not find my order although I had confirmed it beforehand. I would expect someone to take ownership of things.

Working with CDI is great and I have no major issues. The only problem I have is response time to inquiries. It usually takes a second email to get a response. Also, phone calls to reps is a waste of time as they never answer.

Of all the vendors I have dealt with in my 15 years working in public education, no once comes close to matching the experiences I have had with CDI. My rep, Andrew Frustaci, is outstanding. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I am a pleased customer. CDI repeatedly gives me more and more reasons to purchase from them.

The sales person is very knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me throughout the whole process in a very professional way. He assisted in selecting the right products for our company and made sure the order is placed in a timely manner. However, I was shocked when some stranger came in carrying boxes which turned out to be the products I ordered and which were delivered to them by mistake. What kind of service is that? How is it possible that a professional reputable company delivers somebody's merchandise to somebody else? This is really unbelievable.

I enjoy working with CDI and my rep is always quick with quotes from small part so larger orders.
