just as you wouldn't take your child and leave them with a child abuser to keep an eye on them, or to guide and direct them for the time that you're absent, you should not take your children to centerstone, as they are child abusers themselves! They abandoned my seven-year-old emotionally disabled child, and completely ignored his placement in, and need for, the state of Indiana Medicaid wrap around program! They also we're not seeing him for individual counseling, as he needed to be seen, and has committed an overall failure and abandonment in the chair of the seven year old child! Centerstone blocked me from posting comments on their Facebook page because they don't like the public to know the truth about them that they abandon and hurt this child, then the CEO of the company David Guth Jr. refuses to help place the child back to the environment that he moved from and the counseling he was receiving, to fix the harm that they've cost! This is an agency of child abusers, from top to bottom, and should not be allowed to continue to operate business! If they'll hurt one child, would you take a chance on them hurting another? If a man is accused of one sexual offense against a child, would you let your child be baby sit by him to see if he would do it again? these people in this organization committed a serious harm to a seven-year-old child, please help me spread word so that way no other children can be harmed by them!

I was a client of Centerstone, formerly Luton's Mental Health Center in Nashville, TN, and while it has been awhile, the damage they did to me was substantial! Lies, manipulation, saying I didn't do things like homework when I ALWAYS had my homework, petting and making Golden Children out of the more dangerous clients, and had I not escaped their abuse 3 years later I would have committed suicide. They humiliate, control, lie, and set impossible standards like YOU CANNOT MISS EVEN IF YOU ARE IN THE HOSPITAL and things like that. ALL THERAPISTS there are damaged! AVOID AVOID AVOID for your well-being! They are sadistic Narcissists and like to play God and humiliate people with their lies! Also, they use clients to work through their personal issues!!!

The Dr Kenneth Conway who is trained to work with people with disabilities doesn't do what he is trained for!! He yells doesn't let u talk and when u cancel your next appointment just so you don't have conflictions he make it impossible to get ur meds nannie abner doesn't listen and she is a therapist I was telling her for months I liked my latuda and didn't like my geodone and she told her boss I liked my geodone and didn't like my latuda..then I fill out paperwork to try to get my services that I am entitled to they want to do every thing but what I need I had a professional Dr who is licensed say she has heard horrible thing about centerstone and she says how it's I am now with adult and child mental health and they gave me everything I needed psychiatrist therapist meds and even trying to get me groups that centerstone never wanted to do and centerstone complained I wasn't complying with them because I fired them they weren't doing their job Greenwood is I can't have both..they canceled on me more then I ever did.. I tried to work with them..they just would not work with me.. Their lost!!
