My debit card was charged $39.95 for a change of address on line form from what I thought was the United States Postal Service. This is a scam. Never even received an email confirmation.

Charged my credit card $39.95, I immediately canceled but will not refund my money.

I was redirected to this website from SocialSecurity.gov I called them and they told me there is no charge for a change of address! I have contacted the Attorney General's office in NY I will write the head of the Social Security Administration about this. How could this happen from a government website?

We placed a change of address for me and my husband on this website and I am not very happy with their customer service. They don't offer refunds at all even a few hours after we tried to cancel. There is no contact info but the BBB listed their site and phone numbers and I did my own research. I saw there is a woman called Lindsey Bernhardt in charge of this scam and a company Digital Globe Services in Castle Rock, CO. I will report them to the police and wherever I can for doing fraudulent business and taking advantage of people like me.

The internet site is advertised as "USPS Change Of Address – Official Post Office Form". By mistake I took this to be the USPS site and requested a change f address. I was billed $39.95 for what the Post Office charges $1.05. I tried to cancel and they would not.
