I tried to order item this evening but credit card did not go through. My credit card company got in touch because they were worried about the transaction as it was a Chinese company. Website says .co.uk. The bank also said if the product did turn up it is unlikely to be genuine Pandora. The bank refused this payment. Oh and they had also asked for an extra 拢2.43 to the price which was not mentioned on the payment page of the site.
I should have known, if it looks too good to be true it must be a scam.
I have since taken another look and can't find one product review so I suppose that must be a clue.
The next day I have had a email from a Chinese company "Internet Payment Transaction Declaration" saying the order had been successful and the money had now come out of my bank. When I checked with the bank they said yes it had been asked for again and they had processed it. Why? They told me I would have to wait to see if the goods turned up and if not then try and claim it back on to the card.

Next day I had email from Charmsdeal saying sorry your order didn't go through why not try and pay with another card or via Weston Union. This then really freaked me out so I have phoned the bank and they have now stopped the last payment and cancelled my credit card as now they have all the detail they could carry on taking money out. If you have had dealings with this company I suggest you do the same.

as a present for out daughter's school results i purchased some Pandora essence charms from Charmsdeals.co.uk. I made the purchase and payment on 5th July. I was told that they would be delivered by 24th July. They never arrived. The company does not respond to emails or their contact us page. I am now realising that this web-site is a complete scam and that i will never get the charms i bought for my daughter.
