Likewise with the rest of the reviews, i question how they are even in business.

I have taken multiple days off work to have the chimney swept, they simply do not turn up, an absolute waste of time. First excuse was that they had booked the date wrong, the next was that the van had broken down and the third the lady was going to find out where the sweep as and call me back, waited half an hour to call back and they had blocked my number!

Avoid at all costs!

Booked a chimney sweep through this company and took a day off work but they never turned up. It was horrible weather at the allotted time so understand it may not have been ideal for being up on a roof (if that鈥檚 how they do it – I鈥檝e never used one before!) but no courtesy call to let me know or rearrange came – I simply sat in for nothing. Having now seen the other reviews below I wish I鈥檇 thought to search beforehand as my experience is clearly not unique. Does the company even exist? What are they getting out of it? It鈥檚 not like I paid anything or have any details other than name and address! Oh well – avoid!

This company is an absolute joke! They did not turn up to the first appointment, however, in fairness I didn't receive a confirmation text so put it down to a glitch in the system: these things happen. The second booking I had a confirmation text following the call; I phoned 4 days prior to confirm the booking; on the morning of the appointment they text to confirm the postcode, which I confirmed along with the full address and parking restrictions and times, all of which was confirmed as received. And yet no one turned up. I have text, called the office, left voicemails and sent emails, but no one has been in contact to explain what happened. I started to think something awful has happened on the way to the property – but when I called a week later, someone else picked up the phone and confirmed the office was open and it was business as usual. I am a landlord, and absolutely furious that my tenants have had to take time off work twice to sit in and wait for this company who are nothing more than rude and disorganised. As a small business owner, I try to use other small businesses where possible, and liked that this is apparently a family-run firm. But they need to drastically review their customer service and basic operating systems if they want to survive, because this sort of behaviour is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

These scammers offer low cost chimney sweep services but they have made me take half a day off TWICE for nothing now. Each time I called to confirm the sweep was actually coming and was assured he was by Krystal and another lady who answered the phones, but on both occasions the sweep just didn't turn up. Now I have to take off a day less at Christmas because I used up two half days waiting for their sweeps for nothing. And I still need a chimney sweep…
