David was very helpful and energetic when teaching the Adobe Forms Training course. I was engaged throughout the session and felt comfortable asking questions when I needed to.

David was a fantastic trainer – so knowledgeable, and an excellent facilitator. As well as being extremely relevant, practical and well presented, the sessions were also fun, and relaxed. The workbook is fantastic, as were the examples we worked on over the two days. Can't wait to go back to the office and apply everything I have learnt!

This was such a great interactive session. Alice provided useful links and explanations to help me feel like a pro. She provided templates that improved my understanding of the requirements and helped me over and above the course outline.

City Desktop Training enabled me to learn new things and feel more confident in using Adobe software. The course was very informative especially for those starting out like me, and the trainer was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend City Desktop Training to those who are looking to increase their skills or are new to using Adobe Creative Suite.

The training was fantastic! I came into the course knowing nothing about Indesign but found myself picking up the navigation and really enjoyed what I was learning. The trainer Adrian took the time to check in with all students in the class – he knew when I was struggling and gave me quick easy guidance to help. The tasks we completed were very professional making it very easy to imagine working on the software on a daily basis. I would recommend and I have since looked into future courses.

After completing the Adobe Captivate Essentials course a few weeks ago, I recently completed the 1 day Adobe Captivate Advance course, again in the online format.

The instructor Alice was very knowledgeable, and made sure each attendee was following along and keeping up. She also answered everyone's questions, and was able to provide suggestions and alternatives for how we could apply what we've learned to our own organisation's needs.

It's also good to know that due to the current circumstances, I am able to re-sit the course at a later date as a refresher, either online or in person.

I had my first remote learning experience on 1 May 2020. Having done a lot of courses including two degrees face-to-face, I was really anxious how I would adjust my learning style to remote learning. Well did I just have the best training day ever. I learnt so much more because there were no distractions – you can wholly concentrate on the content being delivered. I came away with so much knowledge and am readily applying it today. I would have to add, the trainer David was amazing. Very engaging and had the aptitude for delivering online. He was engaging and I actually felt he was in the "room" – he was so aware of his audience. If you have any doubts about online courses, do not – it was fabulous and its not because I am young (coursing towards 60). Well done. Hope to my employer allows me do another course soon.

Excellent InDesign Essentials Course online! The course was very practical and insightful to learn the foundation of InDesign. The trainer's explanations were very clear and easy to follow along. In doing this course I can now confidently use InDesign for my field of work. I highly recommend doing this course!

I recently completed the Insdesign Essentials course. David our teacher was fantastic, Couldn't of asked for a better suited person for this course! Wasn't a moment where i was not engaged with what we were learning his knowledge in all aspects of design was so helpful.
I Walked away with so much more knowledge and understanding and already putting all the practices in place.

After going through so many online tutorials, was good to sit down in a class environment and gain a solid understanding of the software as well as good work practices. Course lesson was well structured and I would highly recommend it for anyone up-skilling or broadening their skillset.

David the presenter was a master when it came to knowledge of the InDesign program. He was patient and answered questions easily.

This was a well structured and easy to understand course design and David was an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, helpful and hands-on teacher with a great sense of humour…believe me I am very hard to please.

The venue was very accessible and the rooms and atmosphere were clean and pleasant.

It has given me the confidence and skills to complete new projects and continue old ones with more knowledge and understanding of how they were prepared.

Absolutely would recommend anyone to do training at City Desktop Training! David the trainer really knows the program back to front and made it easy for all students – he showed examples of all publications and how it can be easily created with a click of quite a few buttons. I will be back to do the advanced module but for now essentials
