I have this service myself and love it! You all complain because you all forgot to cancel when it clearly states on the website when you sign up the trial end date what you will be charged if not canceled by trial end date and the number to call to cancel! The problem with this world is soo many people blaming everyone else for their own mistakes. Take responsibility for forgetting and stop blaming someone else because YOU didn't cancel. They didn't make you sign up for anything! YOU did that! Next time read because it's clearly stated on the website and I included a picture so everyone can see clearly who is really at fault! It sure isn't the company!

I did the 7 day free trial and was going to cancel the day before. I got really sick and was puking all day. I forgot to cancel and they would not refund me the money. They just kept saying its already charged so you cant get it back even though I did not even log in or used any of it. Customer service sucks!!!!

So you can't cancel from their website you have to call in to cancel. I just found out. Which is a bogus way to snag money from people, when it auto renews.
But it is no sweat to me because I have learned to use non-reloadable gift cards when I sign up for free trials through different websites. Luckily the card only has a remaining balance of 10 bucks which I am happily going to spend before the free trial is up.

Like most reviews I see here, i too signed up for the 7 day free trial thing. I honestly didn't know there was an auto subscribe afterwards. Out of site, out of mind, here I am in December, see a 39.90 charge. I look it up, find the Clickmyscores.com website. I call to cancel, they say they'll issue a full refund, but I have to call back before the next billing date. They can't refund AND cancel at the same time, because, reasons? They also said I had SSC protection up to a $1million, AAA services, grocery coupons. But NEVER did I get anything saying I had these services. It's like they anticipate people calling to complain, drop these "benefits" and try to dupe people into staying, then promising the same services, but at a deep discount. This is totally my fault for not understanding what I signed up for, but what the heck is a business like this doing?

This company is absolutely fraudulent and I would recommend staying away from them at all times. Apparently I was signed up for their trial service which I never knew about. When I noticed due to a $40 charge that came out from my bank, I contacted them first and was able to get the charge refunded and my account closed out. Remind you, this was about 3-4 days ago when this happened. The refund posted to my bank account and all was well. At that point, I thought everything was all good. Nope. This morning, I got another charge of $40 and here I am, cancelling my debit card to prevent this company taking out unauthorized charges.

This company also goes under "SCRSHIN.COM" which shows up in the bank statements.

I just realized that they've been charging me $40 for months for a service that I didn't sign up for.
They are refusing to refund the funds, and I know have to dispute it with my bank.
A total fraud!

They told me for $1 I could get a 7 day trial. They asked for my credit card info. Then after I gave it to them, I was told iI would be charged $39.90 a month unless I cancelled my account before the 7 days were up. Then later they said they could add more fees or up the cost if they wanted to. I called to cancel. Was put on hold for about 10 minutes, Finally a girl answered and tried to give me a discount , or so she said, on the price. I told her I wasn't interested, just wanted my account cancelled. I asked her if it was cancelled, was told she had to process the info first. I have noticed that most all the complaints here have been filed say that they just kept charging their account after they cancelled. They told them they had no record of them cancelling. If they charge my account, I will not only report them to the BBB, I will also report them to the FCC and the Federal Trade Commission. You can do this by going to the FCC.com website Here's what the complaint sections says:
"If you choose to file an informal
complaint with the FCC about an Internet-related issue, we will share
the information you provide, including your name and contact
information, with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Your complaint may
be used to investigate cases or in a legal proceeding. More information about how we use your data is available in our Privacy Statement.
If they charge my account, that's exactly what I will do. These people need to be shut down and jailed.

I signed up for the 7-day free trial, was charged almost $40 dollars once the 7 days was up. Then I realized they charged an additional 9.95. No explanation when I called, just that I was signed up for a promotional, one that I was not even aware of. Illegal. Before I could even get the question out I was already being forwarded to the survey portion. Which was also sketchy, as every other survey I have ever taken part in uses the question response for 'Do you feel that the service was good'? 1 being yes and 2 being no, well this company uses 1 for no and 2 for yes. I wonder if they are using the number pad incorrectly so as to get a better rating than they actually have? I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest! STAY AWAY these people are full of $#*!!

I signed up for $1 trial for 7 days. I called back the same day to have it cancelled I never received an email nor a cancellation number for this. Today I went to check my bank account and they took $40.90 I called to have it refunded the lady I talked to, Angela, told me they do not give refunds. I told her it should have been cancelled months ago and she started without an email or confirmation number she can not give me a refund. She was extremely rude and very u professional about everything. I asked for her boss and she stated she was the supervisior. I could hear another tangent in the back ground confirming a refund.

This all happened cause I wanted a some "free" gold coins on the Gordan Ramsey cooking app. It took me this website to pay $1 for a "free" credit score report and of course I put my cc info in since it specified that I could cancel ANYTIME before they charge me. Sure enough I'm looking through my account to cancel or remove my cc information and low and behold I go to "account alerts" to find the number 123-123-1234. What f*******ing bs. Of course I call Discover and tell them everything which tell me that they've closed my account and that I will not be charged. Come 2 weeks later I get a charge for 39.90, go through this whole fiasco to attempt to get the charge reversed. I'm in a 3-way call with Discover and this scam rep for this site to who resolved to tell me that the number to cancel is clearly shown in 3 places on the website. FYI you need to be logged out to find this information. How CRYSTAL CLEAR is that. I still got charged even though the Discover rep asked if there was anyway they could refund me. Of course not. They're gonna keep my $39.90. I've continued to dispute the charge with Discover to do an investigation on this. BEWARE AND BEHOLD THESE PEOPLE ARE DIRTY.

I was looking through my bank account statement when I noticed on three separate days a charge of 39.90 debited from my account, these were not authorized nor did I sign up for membership! I called the number provided on their website to be told that I would not get a refund by a rude customer service rep. I was hung up on and so I called again to run into the same situation!

GO PULLED IN TO CHECK CREDIT SCORE FOR $1 THEN CALLED RIGHT AWAY TO CANCEL ANY FURTHER MEMBERSHIP. THEY STILL CHARGED ME $7.95 AND TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME CREDIT FOR THE CHARGE UNTIL I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR. SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE HAD THE REPORT THAT I CALLED AND CANCELLED, BUT COULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND BUT WOULD GIVE ME A FREE MONTH. I WANTED MY MONEY BACK AND NOT A FREE MONTH!!1

Ended up costing me $80. When I called to cancel my "membership" initially, I was told I was too late; two different agents gave me two different dates by which I should have called to cancel. I spoke to some fast-talking BS con artist, who assured me that I was going to receive $100 of groceries in exchange for my second fee of roughly $40. He showed me the grocery page, which language was very unclear. This jackass also told me that he talks to many crying, angry women such as I every day. Does that tell you anything about your business practices, I asked. Yeah, he said, that women can't understand –blah, blah. Back to the free groceries, the company sends COUPONS for groceries! The kind that you can cut out of newspaper, get online and many other places. So frustrated — lost money that I CANNOT AFFORD

I have been fighting with this company for months. They have had no problem refunding my money up until today. They are saying I've accessed their account 3 times in a month and I have done no such thing. I didn't even know that this credit company existed. They also go by 3 other names, check free.com , check3.com and gld*svcgs.com. They are crooks and have been stealing money from people for months , this has to be stopped. They just took a third of my SSI check. Now I can't do what I need to do to get my truck registered!

Of the $39.90 taken out of my banking account. The first rep told me he couldn't refund the money because I was paid up to Feb. When I told him I was contacting the bank and charging this as a fraudulent transaction, he claimed to have put in a request for a refund. I received the cancellation email and am still waiting for the refund. Today I called and was told that the refund had been processed and the rep couldn't refund what has already been refunded! There is no credited amount of $39.90 and while the transaction appeared on my statement on Jan. 3, there is nothing showing now! Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
