I believe this business may be shipping to the wrong address on purpose and then charging again for reshipping. They have a policy on their website that specifically says if your package gets returned to them you will have to pay again to ship. If you do not pay again to ship, they will not refund you for the goods you have purchased. In my experience, I paid to reship Priority Mail so that I could get it in time for a birthday present. I emailed them everyday once I saw the package had arrived to them and they kept saying I will get it in 2-3 business days. Turned out they waited until 4 days after they received it to ship it back to me. This was after I requested a full refund for not being provided with the goods and services I paid for. I would recommend avoiding using this business unless you are okay with paying for shipping twice and receiving your items 3-4 weeks after purchase.
