The clubcigarette.com used to be dutyfreedepot.com. That is when I bought 20 cartons of Newport at a time and several times. Received them for the last five years with minimal issues. Until the last two years when they would ship the cigs and then have them sent back as per the tracking numbers that I followed for them. When asked to resend they would delay by saying that I received them which I proved that I never did using the same tracking number supplied to me. Something went wrong with the Ownership. They were getting very bad reviews and changed their name to clubcigarette.com to avoid all of the issues with getting sued. I would rather buy them for eight bucks a pack in CA then getting ripped off. They still owe me four cartons of Newport that I will never get. Do not waste your time or money with these Thiefs!

Just awful. Avoid Nikki at all costs. She can鈥檛 read and would prefer to argue that an order issue was 鈥渘ot her problem鈥?than actually resolve the issue that my 7 cartons never arrived. All she keeps arguing back is that I did receive them and that I confirmed receiving them (I never received them and only confirmed part of a separate shipment arriving, not the 7 cartons I ordered, paid for, never received, and was told by Nikki that all 7 would be reshipped, despite her continued claims that she never said that. I have screenshots of evidence that she did in previous emails.)
Due to this misshipment and her inability to comprehend very basically phrased emails, I am set back a few hundred dollars poorer and the biggest migraine trying to explain in as simple terms as possible, the issue to this joke of a saleswoman who won't even bother reading entire sentences to begin with.
I ended up paying more than I normally would and spent over $200 on 2 cartons that arrived a few months too late.
Avoid at all costs. If you must buy from them, don't work with Nikki. Unless you're a masochist and enjoy this kind of headache

Ordered two cartons of cigarettes back in March. It is now July and still no cigarettes. No response to emails!

Don鈥檛 buy from them!! I ordered 6+1 Davidoff gold slims cigarettes on November 2019. But get only 4 in March 2020.

2 cartons ordered 06/06/2019 for $141 arrived 06/13/2020, this was the fourth time they had sent them, always disappeared in New York, lots of thieves at the QUEENS NY DISTRIBUTION CENTER.

RIP OFF. Do not do business with club cigarette. They only send half of my order. Try to call them and They have a fake phone number . I wrote them and they never wrote me back I wrote them about 7 times .. They should be shut down.

This company is complete fraud. Same as Dutyfreedepot.com
They lie about their inventory, about their shipping. No support whatsoever. I am at complete loss to understand how the company can continue to operate since they are unable to deliver the orders and completely unwilling to support their customers. I urge you to stop ordering from this company if you live in US. Everybody who I knew lost their money after placing the order.

You will never get your order. They get you to pay but never deliver the item. Simply a scam.. Arvin was the fraud we delbt with. It's been months and when we email them they either do not respond and if they do a couple of days later they only come with more delay excuses in one sentence. Dont buy from them. They will rip you off. We ordered this on 23 august. Told us it would be delivered in five buisness days.. we still await it to arrive.

I have not received my shipment yet.only 3 carton have been delivered. 4 carton not shipped. It's been five months since I ordered, but I haven't received my order yet.Your company has no reply, do I have to remain unknown to the status of the shipment?

My advise, please DONOT purchase here. I placed order online using credit card. After a day someone called and said they would not accept credit card payment and asked me to send payment through wire transfer to some bank in Georgia which I refused to do. And now my credit card information is compromised and someone made several attempts to use my credit card for over $2000 worth of multiple transaction. I had to get my credit card blocked. So everyone please beware of ClubCigarette.com and do not compromise your financial information.

I placed an order on June 4th 2019. Order number 939402 Ordered ten cartons and only received 4. I have e-mailed probably ten times and have gotten no response. This is a lot of money to pay for nothing. Very, very dissappointed that a business would take advantage of people like this!!

Refund received now as at 21 December Promised refund over 拢160 as order from two months ago not received. Checked credit card statement today as manager said they had refunded over a week ago. Please advise when you processed this refund as our credit card supplier have not received it.
