Yeah I wouldn鈥檛 even rate this business 1 star. When messaging about purchasing products I got an immediate response multiple times. However, when I wanted to return a dress my message was ignored, I then stated I didn鈥檛 want to miss the refund deadline and asked again for instructions. Got a response saying 鈥渟orry for the delay鈥?5 days later with instructions, in which I followed. I sent the dress back recorded delivery and tracked the parcel. I never heard back again and didn鈥檛 get my refund. Absolutely shocking and she had the cheek to like my photos on Instagram and uses celebrities to promote her brand. All messages and photo comments have been ignored – none have been unreasonable, I only asked about my refund and messages that hadn鈥檛 been responded to.

I never received the items. They had been posted but never got to me. When I asked her is she going to resend or refund I鈥檝e had no response at all. Had to contact my bank and luckily I paid by credit card but still have to wait 10 days for a refund

Can鈥檛 really give one star as the whole site is a total money scam!
Quick to take your money for cheap goods which look nothing like the pictures. I requested a returns form and she read my messages and ignored me. Clearly she鈥檚 desperate to take your money. It鈥檚 a shame as I love supporting small/online businesses and this makes people like me not bother when this is the treatment you get.

Ordered items which looked nothing like the instagram pictures, asked for a returns form, messaged her on a few times on instagram, she just ignores your messages. Also the email address seems to be fake or won't allow you to send to it. Overall a total let down And this is why people won't support businesses on instagram.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Me and my parter ordered a jumper for my sister in law for Xmas and after 10 days still hadn鈥檛 received it! After I contacted her via an instagram post (which she later deleted) she offered a refund or alternative delivery company (as said parcel was lost in transit) as it was an Xmas present I opted for a different delivery service. I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY ITERM AND WILL BE REPORTING HER AS THIS IS FRAUD!

Omg this women doesn鈥檛 even deserve one star. She is a disgrace. Don鈥檛 buy from her. She sent me poor quality items and won鈥檛 give me a refund when I returned them. Instead she put a burn mark and made them dirty and sent them back. Please please please don鈥檛 buy from her.

Reads and ignores your messages on instagram whilst still posting pictures and stories… spoke to other girls about them also being ignored when asking about their orders and not receiving refunds! Do not order from here!

You will never receive your order and they don鈥檛 even have the decency to tell you they wasn鈥檛 even gonna send it only because you ask they come up with some terrible excuse and very very rude. They will try and ignore you and delete any comments you make on their Instagram about how much of a poor company they are. They are a disgrace and should be shut down! Awful customer service and will rob you if your not careful. PLEASE JUST ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY DON鈥橳 DESERVE CUSTOMERS!

Do not buy from this scam!
Chanel is running a lovely little scam for herself, you pick your products, pay for them and she never posts them but keeps your money!
I have sent countless email, social media DMs, comments and still no clothes or refund. I actually got a refund for my delivery, a whole 拢3.60!
She lied and said my delivery was attempted and unsuccessful (lies as our hermes delivery driver knows our house very well can has our phone numbers in case we aren鈥檛 in) but when asked to prove the attempted delivery notification…. silence!
Don鈥檛 know how she sleeps at night knowing what a dirty thief she is!

Do not buy from this company , I spent 拢50 ordering two dresses & choosing next day delivery. No dresses showed up and no refund after a number of emails . I have now had to get trading standards involved & reported the owner for fraud , disgusting she can do this to so many people and get away with it .

Firstly if I had read all these negative comments before I ordered I would of thought twice…however… although unpaid 拢10 For next day delivery my dress didn't arrive.. I contacted Coco & Carter straight away and Chanel answered me almost straight away. She reordered my dress, sent it again for next day delivery plus refunded my 拢10! Dress is lovely can't wait to wear it on holiday. Thank you Chanel and Coco & Carter.

Don鈥檛 order from here. I ordered items for a holiday I have coming up in a couple of days and politely contacted her to ask if there was a mistake or loss of my order that I made 2 weeks ago, after paying 拢5 for 1-2 day delivery. She responded apologising and saying she would track and refund the delivery charge. This wasn鈥檛 done at all. Ongoing days later I have messaged a few more times via email and social media and my messages have been read on Instagram and ignored. This woman is taking peoples money and choosing to ignore people鈥檚 messages. When someone has paid for something they have every right to know what鈥檚 going on, and have their money back. this is disgusting. Don鈥檛 waste your money or risk having it robbed. I鈥檓 having to go through my bank to get my money back.

Annoyingly my review is similar to the rest. Haven't heard back a week after placing the order and emailed to chase and never heard back. Also trying to chase on Instagram but if this doesn't persist I will be taking actions further.

AVOID at all costs!!
Twice I have ordered from coco and carter and both times trying to either get my order or money back it鈥檚 very difficult. She ignores all messages from you and when you comment on social media page she deleted the comments and replies to new enquiries only. NEVER order from them 鈿狅笍

Placed an order, they took my money, despatch email received saying item had been sent! Didnt receive item, emailed them & the email bounced straight back undeliverable!! Sent messages on instagram asking for a tracking number, the only reply i got was they had sent me another email, no they did not! In the end i contacted my bank who refunded my money! It appears they take your money but dont send out what youve paid for!! Its basically stealing! Still no sign of the item i ordered & the company have blocked me on instagram! Reported to trading standards & i urge anyone who has had the same experience to do the same!!

Took my money but never received jumpsuit! Doesn鈥檛 reply to messages on instagram & no postage tracking number on despatch confirmation email! When you email them the email bounces back undeliverable! I have now reported them to my bank for fraud!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Robbers!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I placed an order for 拢57 however my item was never dispatched. After numerous emails and messages and requests to return my money, I have now given up. She has now blocked me on Instagram. She has obtained my money via deception and it seems from these reviews has done the same to many others. I will now be taking this up with trading standards.

The worst customer service on this earth. had to call my bank for fraud. Eventually received my items. Been blocked from Instagram. Even tried to contact the manager Chanel Shayler. nothing. Just don't even bother!!!!! they respond to you only when they know they are making money OBVIOUSLY such as when you ask if an item will be available. Also hate paying for delivery when it doesn't even come in time. Its also embarrassing how some of the Towie stars are advertising for her company.

After ordering a dress for 2-3 days delivery it came 18 days late, confused as to where my order was o emailed multiple times (well over 30) then I messaged on Instagram too, she would read my messages and send back a heart. when it arrived it was nothing like the photos shown. I asked for a refund and asked if she could provide the refund address as the website does not provide this, still she hasnt replied after numerous messages and emails I have completely given up. 拢30 down the drain thanks to this scamming $#*!.
