Unfortunately, we only read the fake "good reviews". Now 8 months later we still have NO finished website yet, we launched our swim brand in November 2020 via IG in hopes our website would follow suit, but no such luck! They do NOT answer their phones and take days to respond via email. We paid all fees upfront and you best believe they were readily available when it came to payment. Super disappointed and ready to report this business to the Better Business Bureau, we are still hoping for a finished product. However, at this point we may have to count this as a business loss! We DO NOT recommend this company.

I have an on-line order with CodeNests.com to build an original web site starting Sept. 4,2020 when I gave them a $700 deposit on a $1400 order. From that day to 11/04/2020 I had to ask for corrections. I was working with Joe Lewis a production head who does not understand English very well. CodeNests passes the work on to Design Utilities, who probably don't speak any English, a company in the same office with the same phone number. I wanted a new looking website to replace one I had created with a company called Ecwid.com a do-it-yourself platform ( which works by the way). Both Ecwid and CodeNests build their sites using WordPress, an open source free web editing program that uses plugins. I gave Joe Lewis access to that site to use the information and pictures for the new site. He gave me a cloned copy of the old website but all the information was wrong. After numerous change requests on my part and getting no new changes, I asked for someone authorized to give me my money back, The boss is named Mike. He pleaded and said he would give me a logo and a new production manager to develop the site. Enter Jason Walter, production head, who continued to work off the old site design but the information was correct but many many flaws. Finally I had to give in and accept the design if I ever wanted the site to go live. On 11/04/2020 I paid the $700 with the promise they would make the shopping cart active and functional. The language barrier with my written instructions being passed on to the actual developer has me tearing my hair out. Today it is 12/04/2020 and I still have no functional shopping cart. They Have my $1400 and I don't have a website. And there is no way to get a refund after going "live" (fine print). I may just have to remove the site from my server and eat the $1400.

I have chosen to submit this complaint to the California and New Mexico Attorneys General. I guess we'll see what happens.

Update 12/18/2020:
They just don't get it. I finally closed my web site on the 16th. There has been no work done for over a week and I just give up. It took me about 2 days to figure out how to make the shipping work and it didn't take a 10 year old and a box of Lego's. Just a 75 year old man and a desire to make it work.

I hired Codenest to build me a website. I paid $300. They asked for information on what my company was about. After I supplied all the information they did not use any of it and built a site not even related to my company. After I complained they revised it always saying 48 hours which turn out always to be 5 days. Once the site was finished 1 1/2 months later they launched it incorrectly and wanted $300 more dollars to host it. I paid it thinking the site would be operational. It was not able to be searched and only some people could see the site. I reported the issue rite away which they ignored. They are not refunding my money or returning my attempts to contact them. It has been 3 months now with no contact.

I came across Code Nests for my animated video ad, and at first, I was a little hesitant, but when I talked with their customer service. I was quite satisfied and happy. We launched a vast product for our audience and wanted to have an Advertisement made for it. We came across a zillion ideas, but the animator's team presented us was much better and concise. I ordered a website from them for $1400. I gave them a current site of mine to see my products and prices plus the about us, service conditions and other data with the instruction to build a better looking site. The fact is these people do not speak or understand the english language very well and I don't speak Urdu. I got a clone of my site. Everyone there has two first names. Like Sam Micheal. I had Joe Joe who kept trying to charge me more for SEO wording for another $1000 and have them host my site for even more than I already pay ( I already have great hosting). I finally gave up after 2 months of them trying to get it right and signed off on the site so it could go live and activate my shopping cart. It took another 2 weeks of them again trying to sell me their web hosting and I still have to fix the shopping cart as it will let sales go without shipping charges.
