Worst user experience ever. I reached out on chat after my ID verification was completed asking what needs to be done to ensure that my ETH transaction to make a deposit on their platform is successful and I was told that as long as I enter the correct account address, I should receive my funds "soon". It has been a week now and my funds never arrived. When reached out on chat several times after unsuccessful transaction, all I was told is to be patient as my funds are safe. No estimation, no real help through customer support was offered.
I searched for some more assistance through Telegram where I was told that I actually created an error on their system by not making "the mandated compound initial deposit". Basically, I was accused for making their system malfunction while no such info can be found on their site. I was only advised to make sure that my account address is correct.
I can see people on their Telegram group who are being ignored for months so far and they still receive answers like: "please be patient, your issue will be fixed as soon as possible".
This exchange platform is a SCAM.

COINSBIT is a TOTALLY BULLSH** AND SCAM! My deposit didn't reflect even it's already confirmed in the blockchain!!! Their supports are not updating for more than a week now and kicked me out from telegram group for raising up again my concern.. Also my friends got this problem already.. i should have listened.. and not provide any KYC.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU'RE GOING TO REGRET IT!!!

BIg SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!! they kick me in their telegram group chat and when i checked my Coinsbit account all of my CNG are gone. CNG is airdrop is fake their just using it to attract people to their site plus they stole KYC..

Aman is more trusted and has a good mining platform through which we get reliable payouts.

This is not a trustful site.Too …… big scam. They did not pay $300 as promised at the bigining of CNG airdrop. Before ending CNG airdrop there had been live chat.But with the end of Airdrop no admin in live chat. They got our KYC details also.

Decided to wait market value increase, log out.

After few hours re-login to see the change
of market value BUT unfortunately the 30,000 CNG token wasn't there any more. It's disappeared like a magic and Bye虏..
