Completely fraud!

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Never even got order, worst thing of all the dress was for my daughter's graduation. Ordered in October still have not received refund despite numerous emails! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

This store is an ABSOLUTE SCAM & a disgrace to the online fashion world.
I need my refund!!!!!!!

Definitely a scam! They just take orders thinking people will forget to ask for a refund. I noticed 2-3 sites witn thr exact same clothes, must be a Template they use and rename the company and change the logos for the website.

I鈥檓 going to call MasterCard tomorrow and get a refund as this is fraud.

Its with regret I have to write this review but I hope it serves well for future prospective customers.

My experience with this company is shocking and unacceptable which is the politest way to describe this failure of a company.

My son ordered a coat and not only did it arrive several weeks after the expected delivery date but it was the wrong size and the quality was shocking, more like a dressing gown at best.
I therefore emailed to explain this, which was their error with regards the size, to be provided with the following resolution/response:
Dear customer please could you gift the item to a friend of family member and we can offer you $10 back!!! Well you can imagine my shock at such a response.
Many, many emails and weeks later we have still not received a resolution of a refund, at the very least to expect.
Their last email was advising us to send the item back as a shipping cost to us!!
I cannot warn people enough not to use this company, not only for the poor quality of items but for their follow up customer service too.

So, interestingly enough having waited 2 months now and my final email suggesting action through Fair Trade Act I received an email today to suggest my item has been shipped. Let's wait and see what kind of shape it's in if it ever arrives shall we.

So bad that we can鈥檛 post photos…really bad sh** (so funny I can鈥檛 write inappropriate contains but I can receive inappropriate clothes) nothing looks like the pictures I never saw a hudgest scam!!! Please report this website

Misleading publicity ! Delivery time too long, and the quality of the product is really bad.

Nice looking pictures on instagram, but what you will receive will look like a BAD COPY. The quality is way under expectations.. I can't even give the products for free to a secondhand store. Went right do the garbage.

Glad I "only" lost 40USD, but hope that others read this, and won't be fooled.

Do not EVER buy from here. This company is fraud. It will take months to even receive anything (if you even do at all) and there will be missing items from your order. Not all that but their clothing is unwearable. It looks like something a middle school would make in their very first sewing class.. seriously don鈥檛 bother.

Don鈥檛 order from this f****site ! They are a f***** scam ! I ordered over $90 f****** dollars, and the material is so f***** cheap, and look nothing like the pictures that鈥檚 shown to you ! I鈥檓 so mad !

Bought a top that never came and have been told,everyday for the last 3months, that my refund will be in my bank in 20days time and I鈥檓 still waiting. It鈥檚 unfair these sites are allowed to scam people so badly.

This company is horrible. I ordered two sweater from them. Took over two months to arrive. When the men's sweater arrived it was the fabric of a women's blouse. Cut was NOT what was shown, fabric was not what was shown and the print was way off. The company said they could refund me the money but will keep the shipping I paid and wants me to pay for shipping back to them. When asking for a manager over email (since you cant call them) they ignore you and keep sending the same response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Horrible product and worst customer service. They scam on people from their ads on Instagram.

Was lured by their nice pictures on Instagram adds. Bought a shirt and a sweater 40$/each.

Did an image search and found the same Pictures on aliexpress for 3$….

Got it 2 months later. I ordered Large which usually fits me good. This size was more of an XXXS. Couldn鈥檛 even get it on. Tried again and it got torn apart lol.

Chinese made, extremely poor and cheap quality. There is a reason you can鈥檛 comment on their Instagram. Well jokes on me for not looking it up. Hopefully this review helps other.

This company doesn鈥檛 deserve a star but in order to write this review they got one. I order a item from this company and paid for expedited shipping it鈥檚 going on 4 weeks still no item. I guess it鈥檚 fair to say I had been duped. I also believe other companies carrying the same product with the same price point are all the same so don鈥檛 order from them either.

Doesn鈥檛 even deserve one star. Got ripped off. Ordered a top and what I received was different fabric, different design, poor quality, waited 6 weeks for it!!! Just terrible. Never order from this company.

I received a ripped shirt. I've send them a photo of it.
The want me to sent the item back, but that costs me money, eventhough it's their fault.
I only receive automatic email-replies with a standard text.
No personal attention or anything to find a suitable solution.
