We ordered a vest back in March they charged my credit card April 25 for $64.78 I have emailed, sent text messages with no response.
We got a email with order number and tracting number when I go in and put this information in it comes up order is in transit May 3 well this is now June 11 and we have not received a package. I think it is time to get the Better Business Bureau involved this company is a big racket if you ask me and will NEVER order from them again.

I ordered 2 coats only got one and it was the wrong size. They never shipped the other coat. Even had the post office track it to when it was put in the system. Sent 4 emails and get the same ridiculous message back. Sent them a message on messenger and got the same ridiculous answer back. I wouldn't order anything from them again! Worthless company and can't even treat people right when they spend there hard earned money !

I am giving 1 star only because I have to. Ordered a vest on April 15, 2020 and received an email on April 16, 2020 with a tracking number saying the vest had been shipped. The tracking number only states that the shipping information was sent to FedEx. Well four emails and 46 days later, I still have not received the vest. I get the same response every time, "we assure you the vest is on its way. Due to Covid, shipping time are slow." What a crock!! I did receive a survey email from them asking how I liked the vest!!! Does this count??!!

They are a front company for organized crime, most likely Russian. Their over the top claim to give all profits to second amendment causes is an attempt to bait people into trusting them through patriotism. Anyone giving a moment's thought to this idea would understand that you can't run a company and do that. And when cornered, they continue to try and dissuade you by repeating this policy over and over.
And if you have ever had experience with a legitimate company responding to a service issue, you would realize that they do not know how to properly do this. They make excuse after excuse that is beyond the realm of reason. In my case it was "FedEx has had it for three weeks, but are swamped from Covid 19"
I pointed out that FedEx had delivered numerous items to my home that were ordered weeks after the item placed with them. They're response was insulting and sounded like it was written by an angry 12 year old…or a foreign national unfamiliar with a proper response to a population with our average level of education. They are not American.
They are the same people that operate Wish Company, the Chinese outlet people selling products for pennies on the dollar, and the bogus group selling name brand clothes for 85% off normal prices.
They are a totally foreign bullsh#t operation trying to pass themselves off as legitimate American Patriots.

same issue on the item i ordered being delivered to another state. It took about a month for them to actually ship it. It was delivered to Wadena, IA. i checked my order just to make sure i put in the correct shipping address. i sure did. TX is a long way from IA. sent email with order number and let them know it was delivered to wrong state and not to me. All i have gotten back is the standard auto response. it said to give the 48hrs to respond. and its been over 2 weeks. do not buy from this company. its a scam.

They are a company that is a nonprofit and support the 2nd amendment, that鈥檚 awesome in my case I had received two packs in the wrong camo and yes it took alittle bit of time to get a response but they did get back to me and with the delay gave me the two in the correct camo and I got to keep one of the wrong camo packs as well they are a smaller company taking in a lot of orders especially with the pandemic delay many company鈥檚 are having hardships they need slack, there company does mean well and treated me very fair I would buy from them again.

Absolutely NO RESPONSE TO ANY EMAILs….except one, (in which I asked them to cancel an order which had not shipped.)
Funny part? It didn't ship for over a week after my request. I wouldn't be so upset, but I was lied to!
Doesn't matter; I understand why they have "COLD. DEAD. HANDS."
Shame on me.

I would give it less than one star if I could. Placed the order over a month ago. Still no product. Not really happy with the attitude of the owner either. Emails are rude and condescending. I would not recommend doing business with them if you ever expect to get your order filled or the money returned.

I would not give any stars if app let me. Never got package. Email stating package was delivered showed delivered to Bethesda, MD. Shipping address was Florida. No number to call. Can only contact by email. I've been waiting two weeks for response. This company is a disgrace. DO NOT USE. I should have researched first. Never order from cowards who only allow contact by email.

I ordered from the store got a tracking number that didn鈥檛 go to my address. They have not responded to my emails. They finally sent the package but it took several weeks, it was reasonably good quality

Ordered an extra-large Kevlar helmet and received a drop-shipped, no-name, cheap, Chinese helmet that would barely fit a child. Company is refusing to issue a prepaid return shipping label, and wants to charge a 20% restocking fee. If you've been scammed by this company, please contact me. I'm interested in getting a class-action lawsuit going against them because it appears they are filtering or hiding negative reviews on their website. That's fraud where I come from.

I ordered two items costing just under $200 and I never received them!! Both items say delivered but they weren't. Customer service is completely unresponsive and it's a real let down because this company sounded so good. Probably wont be getting my money back and I will definitely not use this company again. I would give them zero stars if i could.

As much as I wanted this company to be outstanding because of the name and the values I thought it represents. I ordered a sling in October 2018 and never received it. I received an email indicating the item was delivered but it wasn't. I've never had anything come up missing from my porch or mailbox except for this item. I emailed the company and received a generic response instructing me to check with the postal service. Pretty much got the brush off. So much for service and responsibility. I wish they could've at least returned my payment as easily as they brushed me off.

I thought I was the only one with issues with my order. Email them and still no response. Even if it was only 45 degree buis, which I ordered on 2/21/19, the sad thing is I live in NRH, TX. Hopefully I can get my money back from PayPal or let them resolve this issue. Thanks for the feedback.

The tracking number gives no information on the whereabouts and I鈥檝e emailed several times and get no response and there is no other contact options I鈥檓 prettypissed but due to the high quality customer service options I can only complain on this

I was a little nervous about my order. I placed my order for a fast helmet prior to reading any reviews about Cold Dead Hands. Most if not all of the reviews were negative. I do not usually write reviews but in this case I believe it is warranted.

I ordered my helmet about two weeks ago and received it today. The helmet seems good to go by me. I haven鈥檛 been shot in the head since I opened it this evening and I do not have the funds to put rounds into the thing to make sure it is NIJ III. It does seem to be a go in all appearances and wear from my point of view.

My review would have been five stars but I ran into the same issue that others have had with not being able to contact customer service. There was no tracking number sent with the e-mail notifying me of shipment. I did try and call the number listed and sent an e-mail about the lack of a tracking number. I was unable to speak with anyone and I did not receive a response to my e-mail. I could see how this can be a major issue if there is a problem with the order.

The lack of customer service is the only downside I ran into. Other than that, the helmet is great and the price was about as good as it gets. I hope this helps somebody who is little concerned about having placed an order with Cold Dead Hands.

This company has all the appearances of being a total scam. I have read some of the reviews here and am experiencing the same problems. It started with the tracking links not working on my order receipt. It's been over week since my order allegedly shipped which was when I started having problems. The only way to contact the company is via email to which you get a canned response but nothing actionable and no resolution. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything from this scam artist.

Why is there no 0 star option? This fake company will rip you off beware. Bought a helmet November 10, 2017. I had not received any notification that my order had shipped or was on back-order and on December 1, 2017 I sent a Facebook message to the company asking when to expect my order to ship. Later that same day I received a Facebook message back stating that my helmet was now in stock and would be shipping out as soon as possible. I wrote back asking for a tracking number but received no reply. I finally received the helmet on December 14, 2017. When I got home that night I opened the badly smashed package to inspect the contents. One the helmet did not fit. I鈥檝e been in the Army for 18+ years and have worn an Army issued ACH (Army Combat Helmet) for most of it. Their helmet doesn鈥檛 fit the same as all the other issued helmets I鈥檝e worn. Their M/L runs small like an issued S/M. Secondly, the company鈥檚 website claims to be pro (2A) second amendment and pro United States troops and such, which is why I was shocked to see that the package had been shipped to me from China!? It also had knockoff hardware and accessories included probably because it came from China. Lastly their website claims the helmet to be NIJ IIIA, however the product was not stamped or labeled with any such markings like all other product of this type that you will find in the United States. I requested a return on the same day I received that package, December 14, 2017 through their website. I received an email back with the RMA# shortly after. On December 18, 2017, I mailed the package back to the company. The package was delivered back to them on December 26, 2017 and they didn't pick it up from the P.O. Box until December 29, 2017. I didn鈥檛 hear anything from them for several weeks and I emailed the company to ask when to expect my refund on January 14, 2018, sent a message on Facebook on January 23, 2018, and emailed again on January 26, 2018. All I ever received back were auto replies that said:

Customer service does not respond at all. Tracking link they send with the email that your items have been shipped doesnt work. When trying to get info on the order you have already paid for they refuse to respond. Cant say much about the products as i have nor recieved them and can not be sure i ever will. COLD DEAD HANDS IS BORDERLINE SCAM

Don't buy from this scammers! If you want to buy an item that they sell, go to wish.com or geek.com instead since they are there suppliers and a lot cheaper if you get it from them. Cold dead hands is a joke. Think before you buy.

As stated "patriotic" company, they are profiteering low quality items from Chinese companies as wish.com or geek.com and they are rejecting returns. The company Cold Dead Hands aka CDH Inc. aka Cold Dead Hands PO BOX 1018 Greenville, Texas 75403 tel. 281-940-4183 They use scam scheme with Chinese wish.com. They advertise on Facebook like "patriotic 2A supporting company" in Texas. They charging double price from US customers for the items they don't have. Then they are buying cheap stuff from wish.com or geek.com with US buyers' addresses. I found it by tracking, the item was sent from China – Building C4-C6, GLP Park Yuanou Yuanqu Suzhou Jiangsu 215121. It is address of wish/geek.com. But the company has address in Texas. I understood that this is scam. I found the same item with half price on wish.com. I immediately cancel the order. But cancelation was rejected. After one month I received it. But the item was low quality and very small size as I thought. I sent to the CDH return request, but they rejected it with degusting angry tone in email. The item is in new condition with original package and tugs. Merchant rejected return process. They don't want to fulfill their return policy. Beware! Scam! Fraud!

They have always done right by me, I've spent over $1500. They sell good products at great prices. The only negative reviews I've seen are from people who complain that their order is taking too long to deliver. Cdh has always gone out of their way with my orders to make sure I knew before placing them how long items could take, especially when the items they sell are hand made.
