Terrible service, don't use them. Rude on the phone, they will take your booking even if they don't have cars and they can't even provide a decent status update

Booking regularly and we鈥檒l in advance, still showing up late every time. Not ideal when you鈥檙e going to the airport. The excuse 鈥渨ere very busy at the moment鈥?doesn鈥檛 hold when it鈥檚 happening constantly.

I had a vet appointment at 1.10 pm. Was going to book at 12.50 as only 10 minute car journey but was advised to book at 12.20 as wanted animal friendly taxi which I did. At 1.15 still no sign of taxi and had to reschedule appointment and cats were in carriers since 12.20. Stressed me out and stressed cats out. I hear taxis are putting fares up. I would not object to this if service matched fare. Time to up service quality

My boyfriend phoned at half 4 to book taxi for 7.30pm taxi never showed up then when he phoned was told it was a time slot he booked dunno how they get away we doing this as he asked to book a taxi for the time of 7.30pm that night maybe the woman didnt know what she was on about or maybe be a new start but wont be booking a taxi here again

Had a Taxi booked from a Hotel, let someone else take the Taxi without confirming it was them who booked it. Couldn't get another one, you'd think by Booking ahead we'd be fine. Shambles, we were told "these things happen"

Would give them a negative star if possible! Never trust the time they provide! They agree the time and then caveat saying 鈥渙r near about鈥?..an hour later still no taxi! We pre-booked 4 hours in advance and still they were unable to provide a driver, so after an hour we cancelled!

Take bookings when they have no taxis available. Dont even call you to say sorry for the dely. Useless taxi company. Rather use Rainbow however they have the decency to say they are unavailable.

Booked a taxi for a trip from ferry to station Failed to arrive. When we rang, the taxi had not been confirmed and they could not give us a time for a car
As a result, an hour's safety time to get to the station turned into a mad rush on foot with 150 lbs of luggage.
If there is one thing essential for a taxi company it is that it is honest in actually having a car available when it accepts jobs. Avoid

I called to book a taxi and explained I had left my purse at home because my mum has been rushed to a&e. The lady on the phone said it was fine. When the driver arrived he asked me to pay upfront. I explained the situation and gave him my car keys so he could unlock the car for me to get my purse. He took my car keys and my mobile phone. He left me feeling very scared and upset after an already upsetting night. Disgusting way to treat another human

Rudest taxi driver ever! He didn't say even good morning. It looks like he didn't want to work at 04.30 in the morning and that's absolutely not my problem or my fault. Rubbish customer service!

Your Comcab Aberdeen Job No. is 7092329. Ford Mondeo Estate / Silver with REG BL66 AAJ.

Very bad professional taxi driver. Shouldn't be allowed to have this useless and rude people.

I called to confirm the order and responded that I would receive a message with the car number when it came close to the address. I've been waiting for extra 30 minutes, even though I've made the order the day before I DO NOT RECOMMEND NEVER

I travelled 600 miles to attend an event at 7pm. Taxi failed to pick me up so sent another one. It was very late arriving. They had no record of my booking. However, I checked going out that the return journey was booked for midnight. They assured me it was. At 11.30 I had a missed call. Tried to return it but couldn鈥檛 get through. Carried on with my evening. Checked my phone at 11.55 to find another missed call. I phoned this number to find The taxi driver had returned to Aberdeen as I didn鈥檛 reply at 11.30! Why would I book a taxi for 12.00 and expect to be picked up at 11.30? The taxi said he would come back for me. I waited In the cold for him to return. Phoned him again to find he was at the wrong address! Directed him to me. In the meantime phoned comcabs. No one in charge. Told they tried to phone me to get credit card details as pick up out if town. Not told this on the previous two conversations. Dreadful service. Absolutely no way would I use comcabs again

I ordered a day in advance for an early pickup for the airport. When cab didn't turn up I called and was told one would come once it became available in the area – isn't booking in advance supposed to avoid the need to rely on chance? In the end I had to take my car and park in short stay car park which cost me 拢160 for the week – 拢145 more than the cost of the fare. I emailed ComCab customer service to log a claim – but no reply!
