01-06.2020, I made an order for a 230cm Gubi Dining table. They delivered the table with 8 different scratches on it and packaged very poorly for such an expensive item. Connox took one week to respond to our emails (no one was answering the phone). We asked to return the table and have our money refunded. We also asked for the shipping company to come and pick up the table as soon as possible. It is now 24.06.2020, Shipping company still hasn't got in touch with us and Connox still has our money. We have emailed Connox everyday asking for them to organise this in a quicker manner and only receive email reply back saying 'freight company will contact you soon'. It's 24 days since the initial purchase and we still have the faulty table sitting in our apartment and no money refunded. This is the worst online experience I have ever had and no customer service to rectify the issue. On their Instagram comments and other reviews you will notice other dissatisfied customers. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. The purchase we made was not cheap and to be treated so badly, is terrible in a time like this where many other businesses are struggling under COVID. Other businesses that we have dealt with that have given us far superior service are NordicUrban, Nordic Nest, Kanthaus and Finnish Design Shop. Please give your money to these stores that value their customers!

3 out of 5 Items arrived faultily. Customer services are unpleasant, limit rude, and very slow to reply, not picking up the phone either. It took 1 month and a half from my order to get a small percentage back on as my items were large so tricky to send back to Germany as they don't offer collection. I am ending up looking at badly manufactured items which also remind me of a bad experience.

Very happy with purchase; the side table is great quality, it arrived more quickly than I anticipated and was well packaged. Overall experience excellent!

I would have useful if an Alan key was included in the box – luckily I had the correct size and put the flat packed item together very easily.

My company has spent roughly 10,000 euros with Connox towards equipping our hotel since June 2019. My accounting department noted from our bank account that roughly 1000 euros were overpaid and also not accounted for in the issued invoices by Connox. We sent Connox all bank transactions, proving they equal an amount LESS than the current invoices. Connox is beating around the bush and avoiding returning my money for goods they have never even sent me. They keep on referring random invoices we already have, or tell us to ask my architect for invoices. They keep on sending me the same three invoices, which simply DO NOT add up to the amount deposited in ther accounts. Mrs Courtney seems to be passing me around like a ping pong ball from one department to the next, since September 2019. If I鈥檓 not contacted about this matter by someone of higher authority I will have to consider the next steps to take. One thing is for sure, I will not recommend or work this company ever again.

I bought a 450 pounds String mobile cabinet for my home office space from Connox. I was pretty shocked when I opened the package. I found the plastic bag for containing casters is not sealed, and one of the four casters is missing.

I received the caster after two weeks, with their 10% of the product price for compensation.

Bought 4 Hay dining chairs. Legs for 3 of the chairs are uneven length and don鈥檛 sit properly on the floor. One of the chairs had a leg over an inch shorter than the others.
I sent an email with photo, no response. Followed up with a phone call, they told me to send an email, they then responded the following day and said I would have to send the chair back to Germany from the post office. They do not offer collection. I have moved in to a new house recently and have completely refurnished it, this is absolutely the worst experience I have had with any of the companies I have used.
