I uploaded a design to the site and paid $56 to have some fabric printed. I thought I had the fabric properly aligned. Once I paid, the website showed that the fabric had large portions of white on either side. It was clear there was a problem and website was asking me to confirm if this was what I intended. There was a button confirming to proceed (which I did not press) as I was adjusting the image, I suddenly got locked out of the process and the site said they had begun printing. I tried to contact them but no one responded until hours later when they basically said "tough luck". So now I'm stuck with a design that I have to throw away and I'm out almost $60. Just be very sure you have your design perfect before paying because they print immediately whether there is a issue with the sizing or not

My experience seems to be the same as most people here. I ordered a few masks and they fit nicely. Then I ordered a few more, and these new ones have suddenly shrunken up so that the same size as before no longer fits. A big ripoff.

We are a business and a first time customer. We ordered masks for our staff using our company's logo and they turned out great! There was a small issue with our order because I forgot to copy the logo to every single mask individually, so the customer service team fixed it for me immediately! Very pleased with their service, responsiveness, and being courteous! We will use Contrado again. Thank you!

This is a UK company; there is no Contrado US, Canada, France or Netherlands. They just make false representations and make you think they're based in your country. Check the enterprises' registrar of your country and you'll see. If you don't live in the UK, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company! Pay attention: all the "good" reviews are from UK based customers. We are in North America. At the time of the purchase, we were left with the impression that we were ordering from a local company (website's TLD being from a non-UK one, misleading delivery estimates). Guess what? The face masks arrived and they shipped us smaller sizes. To this day, these people did nothing to fix their "mistakes". Go to Trustpilot and you'll see reviews of people who paid $$ to get unwearable masks. This company knows that people wouldn't waste their time, let alone their money, suing an overseas company. If you're outside the UK or EU, don't order anything from these people! They're just dishonest.v

– Do you have an office anywhere in the US, Canada, Germany or France? Do you have factories in any of these countries? It's a YES or NO question. You lull the clients into a false sense of security that Contrado is indeed based in their country
– Why would a company use a .com, .ca, .nl, .fr, domain name if it isn't a strategy to make customers think that they're ordering from a company based in their countries when they are not?
– How many reviews are there on Trustpilot about the sizes of your face masks? How many DIFFERENT people keep saying that they run small? How many people keep saying that your customer service DID nothing?
– The shipping estimates: for non-European shipping addresses, you make people pay for a 48hr delivery estimate after the production of the mask while being fully aware that Contrado being a UK company, there's no way the order would be delivered in 48hr overseas. That's false representation because you're supposed to let people know before they pay that you're shipping from the UK.
– Customers email you pictures and you do nothing.

For a company that exists since 2003, how could you have been doing business for 20 years? The mere fact that many people from different places complain about the sizes of your masks and emphasize the fact that they run smaller than what you promote, that your delivery estimates are wrong, that you deliberately use website's TLD which make people think that Contrado is based in their country, is evidence of false representations. Respectable and non-disingenuous companies who do business for 20 years do not repeatedly ship faulty products overseas and are quick to fix any production mistakes. You keep asking for pictures and you do squat because you're aware that people outside the UK and EU would have much difficulty enforcing their consumer protection laws against you.

Contrado conveniently has no office in any of the country where you ship your items except in the UK. At least, when people order from Alibaba, Amazon, Etsy or eBay, they know from the get-go that they're dealing with a foreign seller. You, on the other hand…

Stop selling face masks altogether! People need them as law-abiding citizens to protect their fellow citizens in the midst of the pandemics. Contrado seems to think it's just another opportunity to make money, at the expense of people's health and wallet.

Actually, the use of country code TLD must follow strict requirements determined by country based ICANN-accredited registrars. To our fellow customers of Contrado Imaging Ltd, a UK based company, (like I said: there is no such thing as a Contrado US incorporated in the US) who are still having trouble getting EXACTLY what they paid for, go to econsumer.gov and file a complaint). I have no issues with companies which, from time to time, get orders wrong but are quick to fix their mistakes. However for those with non-existent customer service and ask you to provide information that you already gave through channels they chose and then have the nerve to jerk you around or write "you can't win them all", file a legit complaint at: econsumer.gov. Wanna do international e-commerce? Respect consumers' rights and make sure people get what they paid for, it doesn't matter if they fork 1$ or 1 billion.

I ordered sample piece of fabric since I wasn't aware of the quality and delivery time … from the time I place my order to the day received only 5 days! Being a new customer I was concerned about print quality also delivery time… my fabric is beautiful and I will be ordering again I have absolutely no complaints… I'm truly happy with the outcome of my fabric plus the customer service Department

Abominable customer service
Abominable customer service. I have designed and ordered masks with Contrado, none of which matched the dimensions on their website. Wasted hundreds of dollars ordering items that are too small. I have been patiently waiting a few weeks for a fair and equitable resolution which has not been forthcoming despite my patience and efforts. Additionally, the company was woefully unprepared for a customs issue with glasses I ordered. I do not recommend this company at all. They lure you in with wonderful customer service at first – but for any significant issue – forget it. I waited weeks before posting online out of respect and kindness. But at this point I am fed up. Don鈥檛 waste your time and money.

I鈥檓 a first customer with Contrado and my experience was great. I wanted some customer wallpaper for my living room. So I designed my image, uploaded it to the site and requested a sample.

It was so easy, click, adjust the image to your liking and pay. I loved the sample when it arrived, so gathered my measurements and put in an order for the real thing.

When the wallpaper arrived, I noticed right away that the paper was damaged. I took photos and emailed customer service. Without hesitation (JOBY) the CS agent took apologized for the damage and placed a new order for me FREE of charge. He even followed up after my order was shipped.

My husband and I put the wallpaper up this past weekend and its crazy to see your design come to life. I can鈥檛 wait to host! I wanted to stop by and say that my experience with Contrado was great and I will be putting in a new order in next week.

Ordered 72 custom designed masks. They reached out and offered a sample before full run — received quickly and great quality product. Within a week of approving all 72 delivered via FedEx. Entire process less than a month. Amazon Pick masks were regular stock, and took roughly 3 weeks longer. Bateve designed masks even worse. HIghly recommend

I give this review 5 stars for several reasons. 1. I love the products offered and the ease of creating. 2. Although I had a slight issue with some of my order, the customer service to fix that issue was the best I've experienced. The fixed my concern and even went above and beyond to remedy the issue in an incredibly quick and easy (for me) way. I will definitely continue using this company in the future with zero hesitations.

In the middle of a global pandemic Contrado decided to change the size of their masks without informing their customers. For me this meant a $600 order of masks coming in in childs size and being completely worthless to my customers in their time of greatest need.

I have been messaging Contrado about this for weeks and still have got sero support. My last email with pictures and a full explanation which Contrado requested has gone unanswered for a week.

I am out $600 and have been processing returns all week. This is disgusting.

I ordered $600 worth of large face masks and they came in midsized. Contrado support has been running me around for 6 weeks with no actual support. I am out $600 for the masks and have been processing returns all month.

Contrado seems to have done this to a ton of people this month. Their are reports and reviews all over of this exact problem.

Beware this complete scam of a company where you cannot rely on getting the product you ordered OR basic support.

I am positively impressed with your service and product. I first ordered a silk scarf for my future daughter-in-law and then, after seeing the quality, ordered a matching pocket square for my son and husband for them to use at the wedding and I am delighted with everything. I used my own image and designed my own scarves with your easy to use software. The packages arrived quickly and were carefully wrapped. On the first order, you even had the courtesy to include a "Ooops, we're sorry" note inside the scarf that had a very small print stain on it; BUT you also sent a perfect scarf yet I only paid for the one scarf. That is real service. Thank you.I will use you again.

Sizes run way too small. Ordered 4 pack of Large masks. I have a medium to small sized head and the masks were too small… pulled on my ears, barely cupped my chin. Had to reorder the XL.

Hello, I ordered 20 masks at first as a sample because I wanted large amount, everything came right but you changed the size of the masks now a Large size doesn't fit an adult properly and Medium doesn't even fit a teenager due to this change I've alot money money because it doesn't fit the people that asked for them I'm very disappointed with the product. I think you should resize all you masks.

(I mistakenly posted this on the 鈥淐ontrado鈥?TrustPilot, not 鈥淐ontrado US.鈥?So I鈥檓 reposting it here with one update.)

I ordered 4 masks with different designs on (4/28/20) and they arrived today (5/5/20), much quicker than I was expecting, especially considering that I chose the Standard Shipping option.
Some of you seriously need to give this company a break and understand that there could be seriously delays considering that facemasks have never been so desired before. I agree the company could do more to disclose that they could arrive late, but still, be patient considering the circumstances.

The quality of the masks are amazing, the graphics were printed exactly as advertised.

The only issue is the length of the mask. The dimensions listed on the site don鈥檛 seem to be accurate. I even measured my face with tape measure, but the length of the mask from nose-to-chin is much shorter. It鈥檚 just a little frustrating because the design and quality of the masks are great, but the awkward fit can counteract it.

But other than that, I am satisfied.
Will likely buy again at a bigger size.

I ordered Large size but received small. However, the tag on the masks reads (L). That is impossible since the mask barely covers my average size face. These mask are made in Bangladesh that鈥檚 why their Large is actually smaller. Nevertheless, I will give them to my children to wear.

Placed orders on 4/17 & 4/20/2020 for product. paid the top dollar express fedex shipping blah blah blah. searched their website to see where they were shipping from. Found this statement that I now know is a cover up statement.
Overseas – "Non US Deliveries –
International Signed For takes approximately 3 – 5 working days, or FedEx or DHL or TNT. Remote areas longer.

Today is 5/2/2020 and it looks like I am out $179.00 dollars unless i do a credit card charge back.

5/4 one package finally showed up. Still missing the larger order. Lost in FedEx LaLa land.

Don't ever use them matter of fact don't use anyone that doesn't answer the phone just go to the next best company and make sure they can be reached before placing a order!
