Sadly, my experience is very much like other reviews. I, too, wish I could give 0 stars. I placed my order April 16. I received notice that a partial shipment was sent May 7. On May 9, I received an email that one item was out of stock and asked if I would wait for it. I responded that I would. That shipment was sent out May 21. I still have not received either shipment. Their tracking is suspicious and shows the package bouncing from my hometown to areas north and south of me. The out of stock light has since caught up to the first lights shipped. Now, tracking doesn't show any activity for about a month. I have emailed them several times and received a generic response each time. I recently emailed them and they responded that the tracking had not updated for some time and they sent the link to the supposedly updated tracking . . .it was the same thing that I had already seen! I have requested a refund, but they won't even address that. I wish I had done some research before I ordered . . .lesson learned! I am not sure what I will do next. I may dispute the charges with my credit card and give them a copy of the correspondences as well as the tracking! It is sad that there are so many scammers out there stealing people's hard earned money!

Buyer beware of this scam company. It has been over 3 months since I ordered. I have followed up numerous times and keep being told to "have patience". Easy for a company to say when they take your money and don't deliver the product. This is 100% a scam. The tracking website says it has been sitting in NY since the end of May. No doubt another scam. They now say they dont have my order number. Another lie. I have emailed them 8-10 times with my order number and their response email has my order number referenced in it.

It's been three months since I placed an order and I've received one email (a month after the order was placed) that the package was in transit and according to their tracker, it's been at the Singapore airport ever since. Yes there are delays due to Covid but 3 months is a little excessive. I've ordered several things from overseas in the last three months including Russia, the Netherlands and France, all of which arrived within 3 weeks of ordering. Do yourself a favour and don't order from this company.

I waited patiently for two months for my order. When it arrived it was mangled. The way it was packaged there is no way it could have survived the transport. The flimsy boxes were just thrown in a thin plastic grey bag. The light was shattered with broken glass everywhere and the sunflowers were damaged beyond repair. I have provided them with pictures they requested of the mess and they replied that they now want a video to show the light not working. Just taking the pictures was a risk of cutting my fingers so I asked for my money back and a shipping label to send the damaged merchandise back. Now I'm getting no reply. My email was signed by Floyd as well.
I am getting no satisfaction. This whole experience has been awful. I would like some response and my money back.

Too bad you are made to choose at least one star because I would rate them at 0. I ordered with them on April 19th and have not received anything. My tracking number says it has been on its way to my country destination since May. I have emailed fhem multiple times and get the same generic email. Ask to please be patient and tells me exactly the location the tracking tells me.(like I haven't already seen that) I have filed a complaint with paypal to receive my money back. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. I would have never gave them my hard earned money and ordered from a reputable company. Lesson learned. I will not give up and take it as far as it requires until I get fully refunded. Shame on them. Scammers!

Ordered a light for mother's day and it is now July 7. Haven't recieved the order. Tried emailing several times and still haven't gotten a reply. It is definitely a scam. Do not order from them!

Zero. This company is a scam. I had the same experience as others noted here. The item took almost 2 months to arrive. It arrived broken in a damaged box with NO labelling, packing slip or instructions. What wasn't already broken was of very poor quality. Even the return address markings were sketchy. You can tell that the positive reviews here are fake as the English syntax is almost never expressed in the manner that would be used by a native speaker. Stay away!

If i could rate 0 I would!!!! I ordered a light in April for Mothers Day gift, their tracking says it was in Bloomington on 6/19th, today is July 3rd and I still don't have it. CoVID excuses are BS because I have ordered other items across seas and have received them without delay..UPDATE: received 4 months later. Still would not ordered from in future. They should advertise poor production and delivery time due to COVID, or spend a little more for shipping and nit send via USPS. They offered a $5 refund, ha ha and a discount coupon. NO THANKS.

I ordered a light for my dogs grave and it arrived 2 MONTHS after he passed. I relived that moment all over again…馃槬 In addition, the box and light were all broken. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered my light over 40 days ago and have not received it. It has been in the states over 30 days according to the tracking. I contacted customer service and they responded it was still on its way. It is in Bloomington CA score the past 12 days where their 鈥渟hipping partner鈥?newgistics is located. Very disappointed!

EVERYTHING ARRIVED BROKEN!!
No return slip. No packing slip.
List a lot of money.
Broken glass every where. Box was busted. Shipping plastic bag was open by all the broken glass.

Love every single one of my solar lights and lanterns. They survive all kinds of weather, and are quality materials. I had an issue with one spike giving way after 2 seasons outside. I emailed them, and they鈥檙e sending me a replacement set of spikes. Very happy!

I was thrilled to get my solar flowers. They did take a bit of time to get here but they were worth waiting for. One of them was broken in transit, but it was quickly replaced. I would order from them again!

Ordered two coolights and they came damaged beyond repair, broken glass with no bubble wrap securing the lights and solar fixture. the packaging was so bad that nothing would have survived the shipment. they want videos instead of the pictures I sent. Requested a refund and send them back but they are not cooperating. Bad company!!! Do not order from them.

Last update: package finally arrived July 1st…everything was crushed and glass spheres broken. They are not packaged with any bubble wrap or protection at all. In cardboard boxes, thrown in a plastic bag, with tape around it. What a waste of $83.00!! By the way, I did find these exact solar lights at Ollie's Bargain Outlet for $10/piece, so you'd be much better off getting them there!!!

Update: it's now been 2 and a half months (since April 13). Still no product, no help, refund requests ignored. I receive the same reply, see below, in any email that I send for information. Tracking is "stalled" in the Netherlands since May 18. Fake tracking number, as when you click on the contact info at tracking site, it returns you to the same spot. When you contact them, they just tell you to "wait more days". Ridiculous!!!

I ordered several items for over $80 in April…it is now June! No packages, the tracking is pretty nonexistent! Every email answer that I get says to just "wait a few more days"!! It has supposedly sat in the Netherlands for a month now! One email will say they are having packaging problems, others will say it is in transit…goes back and forth! One actually told me to contact my local post office and have them find it!! Ridiculous!! Do not buy from here! Scam!!!!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM… I ordered my product over a month ago, and they can鈥檛 use COVID-19 as an excuse because, according to tracking info, (which I鈥檓 sure is fake), my item has been in the U.S for weeks, and it will say it鈥檚 in my city, then the next time I look at it, it鈥檚 in a city a lot farther away! Thank God I used PayPal so hopefully I can get my money back and I will be turning them in.

SCAM! Ordered on March 29. Told order was out of stock. By Apr 17 I was told for the 3 time they needed "a few more days". On April 28th I emailed the service inbox (their phone is just an audio recording to which I got no response) and requested a cancellation. No response unitl they sent me a shipping confirmation on April 30. I responded and told them I requested a cancellation 2 day prior and they told me I couldn't get a refund until the item was received and returned now. The tracking was generated to pacify my as the tracking info showed it just sitting in China for another week. Now (on June 10) the tracking shows it sitting somewhere in CA in a delayed status according to Yun express. I am frustrated that I was not granted a refund when I asked for it, I can't call anyone, and I can't get any information on where exactly it is or when I can expect to get it. They also took measures on their website to appear to be a US company. I wouldn't have ordered otherwise, but I should have looked for a company address as there is none listed that I saw. Still no item and no refund. I reported them to econsumer.gov

I thought I was alone with my damaged product I received this weekend. Like some other's complaining they were not boxed properly, I ordered two. One box was crushed and damaged {bulb broken} and missing part of the stake. The other was intact with no damage. The latter one was properly packaged with bubble wrap and Styrofoam wrapped around the bulb where there was no bubble wrap or Styrofoam on the damaged one. I wrote an email over the weekend and received a response yesterday asking me questions if it still worked, etc. {attached a photo to them that it is impossible to work} I presume delaying the issue. She suggested implicated it was damaged in transit as they inspect every package that goes out! Then why did they not see there was not protection nor did they notice a missing part that was integral in using it? I replied this morning hoping they will replace this product with no charge to me. I will say, it is a beautiful product and so unique.

Im really surprised at these reviews as my experience was absolutely fine. I ordered 5 solar crackle garden lights on 7th April, they came in 3 separate deliveries, and I accepted that it would take longer due to the covid situation. Although the packaging could be better, all lights were delivered and were fine except one. I emailed them to ask for a replacement as the bulb on the light was so far down the shaft, you couldn鈥檛 see it. They sent me a complete replacement which arrived yesterday (within 2 weeks), so my experience has been a positive one.

Update. Still have NOT received my items I ordered. They are using the Covid as an excuse for not shipping. They provide you a fake shipping tracking number. It's been 3 months. They don't plan to ship or refund. Do not order from them!!

I, too, think I have been scammed. I have a shipping notification that hasn't shown any information since May 30 where it's "sitting" in California. No response to emails. I don't think this is a legit company and am going to contact FB about the false ads.

I bought a set of these lights for nearly 拢100, when they arrived one of them was smashed to bits, they had no bubble wrap protecting them, and were in flimsy cardboard packaging, absolute disgrace. These lights came from America/ China with nothing to indicate it was a fragile item. I don't know if we can replace the bulbs when they go, they are a very tiny bulb.

Definitely not worth the high price tag

Really disappointed with these lights, I would like a refund for the broken light !!
