This email is to notify that I had given my mobile for service which is in warranty which I used only for 2 month.
I had given my mobile on 13/08/2016 to the service center for repair however I did not get any response neither I got any call.
I purchase this mobile from Amazon website which they instructed to contact coolpad for assistance. Which I did. They told me I will get my mobile in 5-7 day or any issue will call me or inform me. Which they did not did.
I call up today at 10:15 am till 11:05 to the customer service which is continue busy. No one picks up the call till now. Which is 11:56 PM.
I call up Service center which in an Ahmedabad (Touch – Ahmedabad

First they pick up saying call back after 30 min. which I did. Second time I call up they say I have just open the center call back again. I call back again they said I am cleaning the floor call back. After 2 hour of follow up they gave me a job number: JSO:81600128 .
I ask from the manager they say I am the manager (Sunil) Wowowowow grt the manager is cleaning the floor as well opening the shop and also handle customer service. I really liked your service.
However this did not resolve my query.
Now Just need to ask COOLPAD this the service you provide to the customer and when I ask for my mobile. They say go ahead and complain to cooped and do whenever you want.
This mean CUSTOMER don鈥檛 have any respect at all.
