Good service and happy to use it again. The only thing that needs some improvement – communication around 鈥渨rite down yourself鈥?the tracking number/ label ( the one number I assumed to be a tracking number was something else) so better print the label, if possible.

I have sent a package with CoolRunner to Germany. It was a surprise to someone. However, the product never arrived. I've have found out it later and when I contacted CoolRunner to ask for about it, I was told that I was too late to complain about the lost package.
Now I have paid for shipping, lost the product and the person is without a gift. Customer support is not helpful and does not care if they loos packages.

Totally disappointed in the CoolRunner's customer service and their refund system. I mean, the refund system is non-existent- as a customer sending many parcels every month (more than 600dkk monthly approximately) I had one parcel damaged and requested a refund. I was treated as someone totally stupid when having conversations with someone called "Anja" in customer support. After sending my explanations that parcel was packed exactly based on the CoolRunner section 8 rules, I was denied and fooled around so that the company would not refund me and they claimed it was my, as a customer's, fault, their currier delivered it recklessly because I did not pack the parcel right. Rules (that even they themselves set!) are non-existent for this company and customer is treated as a fool. It is fine sending parcels when everything goes smooth, otherwise if there are any issues, company denies any responsibility for damaged goods.

I have the online business and use a lot of shipping companies. 2 years ago I started to use CoolRunner, the service was very good initally.

Since the last 6 months there are only problems:
– 70% of the packs do not arrive on time,
– some packs got lost,
– the packs arrive in terrible condition, broken packaging,
– it is not possible to contact the customer support directly,
– I was not reimbursed for damages and packs that did not get to the customer,
– the packs send to other |EU countries go through Holland for and are stuck over 3 weeks,

The customer support seem not to understand the challenge, is very difficult to communicate with.

I have been waiting for days the parcel ordered and being shipped from DK to France by Cool Runner. The CoolRunner tracking website provides for such a poor and incomplete level of information that it sounds like olden days with the national posting services. No improvement since then. Besides, should Cool Runner be not the company taking care of the parcel when arrived in France, no information has been provided as to the domestic company handling the last kilometers service. Cool Runner really face poor communication service and does not take care of their customers.

I鈥檝e had an excellent experience with CoolRunner. Sent some Christmas goodies for my son in London on the 18th.,and he received it today. Even with the Christmas holiday making everyone overloaded, he received it within the 4-9 day delivery guarantee.
Well done CoolRunner, will definitely use your services again.

not recommended to use it with from Denmark. Glitches occur all the time, contact the customer service in 500 different e-mail none of them replied to, only the calls are received, but still very slow processing with refund or any kind of help. Just to save 10 kr. it麓s not worth it compare to how much of your time goes wasted in return.

I handed over a parcel, which was to be sent from Denmark to France on September 16th. Neither I nor the recipient received the usual confirmation email, and I therefore contacted the customer service the very next day but got no answer.
Now, 9 days later, the parcel still hasn鈥檛 reached the destination, I still haven鈥檛 received any notification, I have no clue as of where the parcel is, and still no reply from customer service.

Nice and Excellent service. The posting was fast and before the time limit. Cost wise, very cheap. Sending a 2kg package for just 79kr
