Was asked to provide order number for Dyson fan brought from this company so they could look into my complaint of not getting a refund and having a 2nd fan sent to me. This was on 11th June.
So far I have not received an acknowledgment the information has been received
Since then I have sent back 2nd fan so now company have that and my money.
Not at all impressed with customer service

no customer service, ignoring order cancellations days before it is sent out. NO actual way to cancel orders on the site yourself, as states on the site.
No one replies, no phone number to call.

Was sent a broken chair in the mail, returned it, and was sent ANOTHER defected chair. Very unprofessional customer service. Stay away!

The saying you get what you pay for rings true about coolshop! With very bad customer support And super slow delivery times! The fact that they were unwilling to give a refund on a faulty product! Also the lack of information on products that are in or out of stock. Means you could be waiting unnecessarily for an item they don't even have in stock. All this together will only mean i will shop elsewhere from now on.
