I was a paying member and for no explainable reason my totally correct login stopped working. I tried contacting them 4 times about this with no response. So since I had paid for a service I can no longer use they are essentially STEALING THE MONEY.

I have been trying to cancel my account for 3 months with no success. I have called several times and left messages, no one will call back. I have open requests in the website, got an email stating that they will follow up and nothing happens. This is the way they play as you can see in other reviews. They will not let you cancel and they will not be reachable. Stay away from this scam.

I found someone through your site in 2018 and now I have a beautiful daughter. Thank you so much for helping!

This website "chooses" who they want on their platform. Based on what? Color? Wealthy? I have some evidence here, i'm following up with other people that had bad experiences with this website. Take care guys!

I got the same issues as peter through nummuspay.have cancelled credit card

I joined exactly the same way as peter through nummuspay.My subscription was deleted coparents told me,I was also sent a login for PayPal.The link didn't work for nummuspay either. I was told nummuspay didn't recognise my email and if it didn't I had nothing to worry about. I think it does recognise my email as I put different emails in the link and it didn't recognise it,bit with this one it attempted to send a link bit did nothing.I was told by another nummuspay rep that because they no long deal with them all subscriptions were cancelled.Now both companies are no longer contacting me.So I phones up my credit card and they said they couldnt stop a recurring payment as the way they billed it,it was a one off fee.I had to cancel my credit card completely to make sure they couldn't take anymore money. If anybody is thinking of taking a subscription out via they're credit card with coparents and nummuspay be very wary. They might not attempt to take more money,but they might and the only way of stopping them is to close your credit card account as they don't use recurring payment.Be warned

Tried to cancel my subscription to coparents though nummuspay.They sent me PayPal and nummuspay logins to do this.I contacted nummuspay when the link didn't work.They said they couldn't help me as my email isn't in they're system.They told me to go back to coparenta and deal with them. I did and was told that the subscription was deleted,which I didn't delete.I cancel subscriptions immediately after I get them and this was instantly deleted. I asked will I be billed again and then I was sent a PayPal login. Get the feeling I'm going to be billed again. So will be forced to give them a cancellation notice by email and will contact credit card company to stop future payments.

Finding a co-parent can be such a tricky decision. I had so many fears but all my worries have been put to rest. I have been getting to know a potential co parent through your site. It's nice to have someone who understands us and we hope we can be a family.

I'm stunned at the amount of bad reviews, I can categorically state that this site is 100% genuine. I've been a member from the first year it launched. To add; Marie does indeed reply to the negative and FAKE reviews with facts. Frankly if you lack the intelligence and intellect to navigate the site you need to book an IT computer course, not to mention financial issues with PayPal (if that's how you paid you're subscription) you're problem is with them. Good luck to you all out there and READ CAREFULLY the help section… so you're brains can absorb what I can see is crystal clear instruction for issues that can all be resolved.

I am a 45 year old female and have always wanted children of my own. Unfortunately I had not yet met the right person. I recently found a lovely co-parent through you and we are in the process of starting a family. I'm grateful to you for making this a reality.

No refund. Person how reply to bad comments is a …. hole . I got billed again for membership even though they say it for a month .ask for my money not been refunded. Scam

The site and concept itself works. We have conceived happily. The people and the scam involved take away from that joy.

We signed up and payed for a 3 month subscription. We canceled it long before the renew date after we conceived- I was charged this morning for another 3 months. Another $65. I tried to get in touch- no phone number, no valid email address. This is scevy. They linked through my personal PayPal which was NEVER linked to my CoParents account and took the money that way. I have filed disputes with my bank.

DO NOT POUR MONEY INTO THIS SCAM. You'll never be able to get your money back.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. IT IS A FAKE AND YOUR DATA MAYBE STOLEN. IT IS LOCATED IN MEXICO AND THE INTEGRITY OF YOU DATA MAYBE QUESTIONABLE!

They locked my account for no reason. Changed my login password and email. May be I am not subscribing. They still have my profile on their website. Fraudulent. Avoid avoid avoid.

I was looking for a sperm donor, but it was awkward asking for it in friends and family. Coparents gave me the opportunity where I got a donation from a complete stranger without any awkwardness and now I am pregnant.

Oh Marie, you decided to send $65 to my PayPal account, which is too little too late. You sent that after I filed a small claims complaint, after you stonewalled a proper resolution, after you retaliated by deleting my account, and after I spent the time and resources to assert my rights. You sent it only because you found out about the lawsuit and that PayPal's executive office was notified of your wrongdoing.

Please send $1,268 to my PayPal account. If you do so, I will update my reviews and blog, accordingly. A reimbursement for $1,268 does not fully cover the damages you caused, but I'll deem it acceptable.

I have been emailing to CANCEL my subscription and even took my payment details off PayPal but they STILL charged me it鈥檚 all a scam and I have sent several emails and not received a SINGLE reply!!! I have disputed this with PayPal and deleted my account

Their website has so many FAKE accounts and profiles!……You have to pay to be able to message anyone and before you have paid you will notice a lot more emails from potential 'matches' – then after you get all excited and pay to be able to message them things will fall silent and the tumble weeb will roll on by!

PayPal payment is sent to a profile names "THANKU SAS" (see attached screenshot) – which legit company does not have their company name on their payment profile!??

Astonishing, I聽lost all hope of having a baby since not getting pregnant, had tried all treatments but not came up with any positive result. Later after years I registered with this site and now i feel so excited to get pregnant.

I always wanted a child there was less sperm count in my husband but instead of adopting a child we came across the platform of co-parenting and i am very thankful to them for having me an opportunity of having a child without adoption or high ivf charges.
