Did as the coupon to get 100$ free groceries did not get the confirmation back for it.

I bought 7 items from Copper Chef. Nowhere did it say in paperwork in box received that a person was entitled to 1 coupon in $100 of groceries. It was very hard to find the online area to get the pin numbers. Then once filled out the online info then they did not email me with pin numbers. Finally, after several emails, I received an email with 4 pin numbers. Nowhere in the email did it tell me how to redeem the numbers for groceries. I love the copper chef pans and air fryer. Have not received the pressure cooker yet. 3 of the pans were gifts. The gifters are wanted they're $100 in groceries and they cannot receive them as they were not purchased in their names. I am totally fed up and feel cheated of $700 of groceries.

We ordered the Copper Chef XL, which included $100 in Grocery Coupons. You had to go to redeemspot.com and they would give you a Pin # then you could redeem your coupons. I can not even get on the website. It doesn't look like there is one anymore. I called Customer Service at Copper Chef and they told me they were not responsible for the coupons only the Copper Chef. Regardless who is responsible this reflects on Copper Chef and they are the ones advertising the coupons as part of the package.
