one of the greatest course providers out there. difficult and complex material made super easy and clear to understand in videos that range between 1-6 minuets at most. covers each an every aspect from A-Z. cant explain how satisfied I am for paying $497 and getting a material that will flip your financial skills to the next level. the only thing that bothered me was the end of the course assessments; had to do them more than 2 times to pass it hahahaha. overall, great team great material and great price and plus, they were generous for offering me discounts for their other courses. would recommend taking CMSA after you are done with FMVA.

CFI is an excellent corporate finance skills improving learning Platform. The courses are rich and practical . I highly recommand the FMVA certification to all finance professionals . It's a wonderful bundle of finance courses.

A really comprehensive, easy to follow and practical course. Hands on experience with the excel skills as well as good elective modules. Highly recommended for someone who is new in the finance industry or has studied finance, in order to strengthen the practical skills and knowledge required.

Honestly is there a 6 star option? This was such an awesome program. The universities are good but you're taught to a test and not everything connects the dots do to speak. CFI connected the dots and they really help you understand the topic.

Word of caution, the whole program is centered around excel. If you are not comfortable then just know they walk you through things pretty well for an online video class.

So what most people probably want to know is how CFI compares to other financial designations. After all if you're debating between a CFA, CPA, CLU, CFP then what are the benefits? I like to think of the FMVA as an ancillary certification. Think of yourself from the employer's perspective. What would they want? Even if you're the best CFA or the smartest man in the room, if you cannot convey information in a concise way then life is going to be pretty hard for you and your boss.

The CFI programs gives you a variety of "sub-certificates" for each class you complete. So that way on your Linkedin profile your prospective employer sees doesn't just see the certificate but also what composed it. Such as accounting skills, leverage buyout, etc. Plus the information is eternal, so even when you're on the job you can refresh yourself in the models.

The FMVA doesn't just tell the employer you're a world class financial analyst but also you know how to communicate that fact to others in a way they'll understand.

Here is my unbiased opinion after completing the FMVA Program:-
Pros:-
1. Well Structured Course, covers all aspects of Financial Modeling.
2. Videos are engaging and to the point with excellent presentation.
3. Exercises during each module and Exams at end are well designed and helps testing our knowledge of entire module.
4. It is definitely Value for Money, I compared it with Wall Street Prep and Breaking into Wall Street(Sample videos) and found CFI the Video quality far supreme. It is by far much cheaper and also covers more topics than the above two courses.

Cons :-
1. IFRS (atleast key standards) should have been included for better understanding of Financial Analysis.
2. Exams at end of each module should have time limit and also no. of attempts to make it more competitive.
3. Could have included more modeling exercises covering Health Industry, Capital Intensive Industry and Service Sector.
4. Pitch book PPT Course needs improvement. Need to showcase few Pitch books from Industry Leaders like Bain & co. It should also stress on financial terminology and language used by Financial Analyst while preparing PPT's for Clients.

This is one of the best course for Finance & Accounting Professionals. Every aspect of Corporate Finance has been dealt in detail. The course has been structured so well that without much of hassle it can be completed but dedication and commitment is what is required to complete it. Spending every day for 3 to 4 hrs matters a lot. The concept is very important which has makes the course interesting to pursue. Every finance person learns many concepts in this career, but they are not applied practically. But when you pursue this course you will really appreciate the importance and role of Corporate finance in any industry. I would recommend this for every finance person in which ever corner of the globe he is situated. the course starts from Optional re-requisite, the Required courses and finally the Electives. You need to take the course sequentially without interrupting in between or taking randomly the papers. The interesting part, Business valuation, Financial Planning & Analysis, Amazon Case Study, Mergers & Acquisitions & Leveraged Buyout are really so interesting that nobody would like to skip. Recently, I graduated from Masters in Finance program, which is 40 times as expensive as CFI FMVA certification. However, I must admit that FMVA certification is much more valuable than Masters in Finance. Clear explanations, up-to-date materials and excellent tutors. I would recommend this program to everyone.
