Dana does a tremendous job! Love her professional approach and her prompt response/actions to regarding any questions or issues. I know Dana is working hard to continually improve the customer service my clients receive when calling in. Keep up the great work and don't lose that desire to improve everyday. That will make us all stronger in the eyes of the callers.

CMS is always very professional when answering calls after hours for our company. They treat our customers as we would and that's all we can ask. If we ever have any issues, they always address our needs promptly and without question!

CMS has been great for our business. It has allowed us to have 24/7 coverage and assuring that our customer always get a live person when they call. Dana and her team are awesome to work with. They go above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care off. I highly recommend CMS and the many services they provide.

We appreciate the reliable service that we receive from CMS and Dana is great when I have been able to reach her 🙂 We do struggle with the seeming constant change in staff at CMS… Being a multiple franchise owner, we rely heavily on CMS and are often frustrated when notes on our account are not read and adhered to when booking appts. We do appreciate the courteous and friendly tone of most of the agents and believe the service is an asset to our business

When we are transferring calls in the past 2-3 months, we are constantly being put on hold. This has increased since we began with CMS. We have an answering service so our potential clients get a live voice immediately. FYI, this was happening before the storm (Matthew) and continues after.

It would be nice if the reporting we have access to through the website would match what CMS pulls when questioned. I feel like I've been over billed for several months. The think the staff is awesome. I've had excellent comments from my customers.

We appreciate Corporate Message Service for their professional and personal attention. We know that talking to a real person when you call after hours can be very helpful. We have used their services for over 20 years and would never consider an automated call service or center. They are very professional and maintain the highest quality of service. We always recommend CMS!

I have used several answering services and think that CMS is one of the best! I stopped using an answering service for about 6 months and had an unexplained drop in sales. I found CMS, tested them and think they are worth EVERY PENNY. I love the fact that when my customers call, it sounds as if the person answering the phone is sitting in my back office. CMS has notes on who my salespeople are and will patch through customers if there is an emergency (someone has not shown up for an appointment). Amazing Customer Service in my opinion!

CMS has been a life saver for us. We have very few issues if any with the service and changes and or additions to our service are handled very quickly. Dana Thomas is the best! Wish all companies had your customer service.

We are very satisfied with the service provided, everyone seems to be very professional and friendly when responding to calls. CMS is very diligent in looking into any issues we experience. The only improvement I would recommend is a solution for longer wait times and customers complaining being on hold too long. There have only been approximately 3 occurrences and once reported Dana Thomas looked into the call and followed up asap. Overall we are extremely happy!

Takes the stress out of missing clients when they take the time to call and book an appointment. Fell I lost too many potential clients in the past because I missed their call and could not call back fast enough.
