Horrible servicio. Extremadamente lentos a la hora de resolver problemas ocasionados por ellos mismos (export arroba correosexpress.com). Incapaces de indicar la ra铆z del problema, tuve que hacerlo yo. Una vez pasaron el paquete a FedEx, todo sobre ruedas. Nunca volver茅 a solicitar sus servicios.

The worse service ever. They are extremely slow replying to the email (export at correosexpress.com) when there is an issue and they are unable to solve it quickly. I had to call complaining to make it go through. If you are thinking of sending anything from Spain, pick any other delivery company.

I made two orders on Amazon.es the same day, paying extra for express shipping. The delivery of the products was scheduled for Monday, one shipped by UPS, the other by Correos Express.

I received my UPS order as scheduled on Monday. Now it's Wednesday and Correos Express stil hasn't delivered my other order. Everyday, it says the pakage is on its way to being delivered, but nothing. I'm tired of incompetent delivery companies. Amazon should stick with reputable ones like UPS, Fedex or DHL.

I will call tomorrow to complain.

Impossible to contact. My address is ALWAYS incorrect ??? Why???? Its been the same for 140 years as far as I know.
Rude, totally bloody useless and pathetic so called 芦聽 service聽禄 . Rude drivers when you do finally track one down having chased them around town all day. If they worked for me they would be bloody sacked. Do not use this pathetic company. USELESS !

They just LIE say address is incorrect but when you ask they have the correct address then they change delivery date and say the recipient has changed the date, along with SEUR must be the worst Couriers in Portugal and when you ring them you have to wait, last time I rang it took 25 mins to answer

If there was an option to give zero stars that is what I would get them. Not had a single good experience with this company, NOT ONE. Every time we order something online and this company are the delivery service, the packages go missing, every single time!!!!
Last week two more packages were not delivered. The driver cannot be bothered driving to us, we are too far from their depot, they have never buzzed our buzzer and do not call the mobile number, which we ALWAYS put in the line of the address. The company says the packages are delivered.
Thankfully Amazon have been AMAZING and refunded us, if it were another company we would be out of pocket.
Finally they replied by email from my complaint – they're not at fault, they were delivered, contact the seller!!!
In this instance we were actually on the phone to their customer service when she said they had left it at the door, seconds later not package, not vehicle. Utter LIES. The email you cannot reply to. Thanks but no thanks "Jazmina C – employee of the month, not!"
Thankfully we have finally an Amazon Hub to collect packages. NEVER EVER USING THIS LOT AGAIN, NOT EVER.

LIARS! For me they told some packages have not arrived for them this is why they could not deliver the order. For the company I purchased from they told them they could not contact me. Liars! Children working for the Correos group who did not care either. Children! Irresponsible. What a shame! SCAM! A total SCAM

Totally and utterly useless on 5 seperate orders they said they had try to deliver the goods but no one was in. On 2 of those occasions we actually by our gate when they were supposed to have called. They are complete and utter liars and even the gentleman I spoke to at Amazon agreed!

By far along with Correos the worst courier service in Spain. I'm still waiting delivery of my Amazon parcel. It didnt arrive when it should have, i checked delivery and it says the delivery address is incorrect. Its the village post office!!!!! Considering they are part of the same organisation i thought they'd have known that On their email i changed the address for delivery the next day. No sign of the parcel. I received a barrage of automated phone messages again saying the delivery address is incorrect so many that i blocked the number. Obviously they have my phone number and no person not even the delivery driver has rung me. Deplorable service and this isnt the first time

What a shame of service. I was supposed to receive my package in 5 working days from the sending date. It did not happen so I tried to contact them but I could only "speak" with the machine they have in their official number. I had to involve the sender and she made several calls to help me out. Then Correos Express was stating they were trying to contact the recipient but they couldn't (did not receive calls or visits at home).
Finally when contacting the delivery company in the destination location I figured out that the address flat was wrong, the zip code was wrong and the phone number was wrong.
In the original sending paper you can see all details are correct so I have no clue where they changed all data.
Finally i received the package 4 days after the expected delivery date and only thanks to a tone of calls and support.
Not serious for a company that charges what it charges. I recommend to use other sources as Packlink which are more reliable.

5 packages lost. 2 of the trackings say they were not collected when they were. We have the security camera footage to prove. 3 say delivered and the clients have nothing. Absolutely terrible service. Would not recommend to anyone. Each time i have had to send another product so have lost money and time.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. USE COURRIER SERVICE INSTEAD OF THESE CLOWNS.

DO NOT USE GOVERNMENTAL SERVICES – IN SPAIN THEY WORK IN THE COMMUNIST WAY, AKA – DO NOT WORK.

1. CANNOT PAY BY CARD – DO NOT CARE WHY, IT'S STUPID THAT WE CAN NOT.
2. Currently ignoring or blatantly not picking up the telephone when clients call.
3. Also REFUSING to resend a package of mine that was ordered pre-quarantine and are acting like it's not their business that it arrived to barcelona 6 weeks after it's started. I am currently not there, cannot pick my package up, and they are doing 0 to help me out.
4. REFUSING to give the package to a friend who needs my PASSPORT and a written ****ing document with both ID numbers of me and him.
5. My friend is sick of going there, since the speed of this post office is HORRIBLE and makes you feel DISGUSTING – I HOPE ROBOTS REPLACE ALL THE LAZY SHITFACES INSIDE, THE SOONER – THE BETTER.

They deserve to be closed down, since they don't work anyways. Ya'll who work there: I hope your grandmas get the china-virus and then the old b1tches die a slow painful death choking on their lung tissue. They should've never reproduced.

Paid for next day delivery. First excuse wrong address. Address correct they delivered here last month. Second excuse no one home ! I have intercom and have not left my house for two months due to covid 19. It has been a week now this company are just lazy liars who can鈥檛 be bothered to deliver. Will never use them or any company who uses them again.
And now you say it is delivered and it is not !!!! 鈧?5 I have lost to you liars
