The one star is for the friendly helpful counter staff at the Correos office in Chelva. The rest – no stars. An envelope sent to England 3 times, and lost 3 times. Sent once by registered mail, once again by Express international (39,50 euros) and once, at someone's suggestion, by plain mail, because registered documents always get messed up apparently.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. USE COURRIER SERVICE INSTEAD OF THESE CLOWNS.
1. CANNOT PAY BY CARD – DO NOT CARE WHY, IT'S STUPID THAT WE CAN NOT.
2. Currently ignoring or blatantly not picking up the telephone when clients call.
3. Also REFUSING to resend a package of mine that was ordered pre-quarantine and are acting like it's not their business that it arrived to barcelona 6 weeks after it's started. I am currently not there, cannot pick my package up, and they are doing 0 to help me out.
4. REFUSING to give the package to a friend who needs my PASSPORT and a written f***ing document with both ID numbers of me and him.
5. My friend is sick of going there, since the speed of this post office is HORRIBLE and makes you feel DISGUSTING – I HOPE ROBOTS REPLACE ALL THE LAZY SHITFACES INSIDE, THE SOONER – THE BETTER.

They deserve to be closed down, since they don't work anyways. Ya'll who work there: I hope your grandmas get the china-virus and then the old b1tches die a slow painful death choking on their lung tissue. They should've never reproduced.

On two occasions posted numerous postcards from Seville to family in UK they have never arrived. It is not cheap anymore so in future will bring them home with me which is a pity. Quite a costly experience buying stamps these days!! Worst postal service not reliable at all have sent mail from various overseas destinations the Spanish postal service is without doubt the worst!

the worst company ever! I waited 25 minutes on the phone call and when they replied I asked if they speak English, so the operator hanged up immediately to transfer me to another operator, I guess, but I just waited another half hour with no response. If I knew, I would have tried to explain my situation in Spanish since their website does not work and I can't receive my parcel.

The worst !For personal gift envelope worth on 25 USD from my best friends there they charged import taxes and etc with total amount of 23.77 Eu馃ぎ馃ぎ馃ぎ
They REFUSED to give me the money back with things like :There MIGHT BE kind of payment involved (and there's any )
or
Including the shipping cost paid in USA馃 plus the amount declared…
But even so, the envelope value DIDN'T reach the amount from which the parcel is obliged to pay the taxes upon the import.
They JUST DON'T WANT TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK and going on with their HORRIBLE FRAUDS.
Worst service ever !

They say it has been delivered and it has not. Go round in circles on their website trying to complain.
No help what鈥檚 so ever and I have another 鈥渄elivered鈥?package not arrive as stated by them at 12.49 hours.

This absolute worst postal service ever exist on earth. My mom sent me a packet and these guys keep asking me to send documents over one month even though I have sent my passport, permission of residence, terms of employment, work contract, social security, paycheck, proof of residence in my current apartment, and whatever you can prove that your identity.

Family sent photos and Christmas card on 10 December still haven鈥檛 recieved,them or post the was sent in Spain on 12 December,had a letter today that was posted in Spain on 7 January

Absolutely useless… Ordered an item from Amazon been waiting in all day then get a message to say it was delivered and placed in my postbox… yep you guessed it… nothing.
Who knows where they've put it… they are probably the most inept organisation in Spain..

Correos is useless, indifferent and incompetent. I ordered DJ equipment from Thomann on December 23rd and it's still stuck in the logistics centre without any resolve. It's been 25 days since I placed the order and so far 17 days stuck as a classified item in the logistics centre. I've spoken to Correos customer twice on the phone and they opened a complaint investigation on the item. It was under investigation for 2 days according to the reference number they sent me but according to their platform it was resolved 3 days ago. My shipment still says it's classified in the logistics department and there has been no resolution or update. WHYYYYYYYY?!

I'm utterly gutted I have to give this unbelievably inept company 1 star because 1 star is WAY more than they deserve. There needs to be a minus star option.
I've sent so much to spain over Christmas and it honestly feels from all the complaints of items not received that they've not delivered most of what I've sent.
Even royal mail have been chasing up items for me tracked that just go into thin air,they have no idea where it is.
I'm sure they just open the plane door and throw all the uk to spain post out.
If you think paying for tracked will help you then think again.
This company needs to be shut down ,its single handedly destroying businesses that need reliable post.
Royal mail told me they are trialing GLS and will be stopping corroes, italy I can tell you is a close second.

Dont send your bike with this company. I sent my bike from Santiago de Compostela to Germany and when I received it, there were so many holes on the package and some parts of my bike were outside of the package and damaged.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. How does this company function at such low quality? 2 separate international packages lost. 1 returned to sender with no redelivery or note left. Unbelievably bad. There is space for a new company to rise and crush it in Spain.

Absolutely shocking service. Taking a minimum of a week between each tracking update of the parcel. Arrived in Spain 3 weeks ago. Still sitting in Madrid apparently.

Everytime I post a letter or a card to spain it takes nearly 3 wks to reach the address. It is so annoying and very slow.

Possibly the worst postal system in the world. In my experience tracked mail goes missing more than standard post. It's a gamble and tracking rarely updated. Use a courier service if you need to send something important to Spain

Awful "service. Tracking doesn't get updated, and it's run by a bunch of thieves who steal whatever they fancy. Avoid at all cost.
