Do not fly with this company. On returning from pointe a pitre to Manchester we had to transfer in Paris. In pointe a pitre they asked us if we wanted to check our bags Before the flight. We agreed. In Paris our bags didn鈥檛 arrive. Filled in all necessary forms and waited patiently. On our return home we were called numerous times by random phone numbers Who never left messages and all seemed confused about where the bags where. 5 days later one bag turned up badly damaged. On trying to call the company regarding the bags Still missing we were never able to get straight answers. After weeks and weeks of chasing they asked us to fill in forms to be compensated for the contents. Over 拢1000 of items were lost. They paid us 拢200. We provided bank statements, receipts everything. It wasnt even worth chasing them after HOURS spent filling in forms, waiting on the phone etc and stress caused.

The flight was really really basic (one small meal on a 9 hour flight after a 3 hour delay) no snacks. We had 2 small kids with us. iPads on seats not working. Due to delays of the flight we missed our connecting boat in the Caribbean and had to get a hotel for the night, they never compensated us. AVOID

SCAM company. CORSAIR (french company) has a very bad reputation and a very bad customer service. They work with ORTBITZ (agency). If you want to postpone a flight (or cancel) due to the corona virus, they said you need to contact ORBITZ. And when you contact ORBITZ, they say you need to contact the CORSAIR company. SCAM. $1500 lost. Need to call my credit card company now. I lost 5 days to try to reach their customers services.
