I received an email from their customer service telling me that I'm aggressive for using Paypal and demanding a full refund. Further they've insinuated that I'm a lair because I used the wrong Paypal claim option to open a dispute. There isn't one specifically for this issue so I just picked one but did clearly explain why I opened it within the description. Paypal sided with the seller because of this.
Further, they have told me that they see my reviews as me threatening their brand with false facts.
I can only quote what I find for European/UK laws on most authentic government websites. I cannot find any government website that says otherwise.

The trader must give you a refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. However, they can delay refunding you if they haven't received the goods or evidence that you've returned them.
Your refund must include any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase. However, the trader may charge you delivery costs if you specifically requested non-standard delivery (such as express delivery)."

Edit:
To add to the story, they're now abusing the moderation system over at Trustpilot.com in order to try and take down my negative review claiming that it is "accusatory or defamatroy". Which has now forced me to self-censor my review there if it hasn't been taken down entirely by the time you're reading this. Or have tried to do the same thing here if that's possible.
I guess that's one way to force only positive reviews!
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a company.
They have yet to provide any proof to the contrary concerning EU consumer rights.

When I made the order I did a mistake by ordering a corset instead of the one I liked.
I send immidiately a mail to them and in less then an hour everything was in good way, give me the possibility to order the right one.
