1. it is summer in London, I paid for a superior room with A/C. A/C not workign, reported to recpetion, no maintenance, no move to a room with functioning A/C. Hotel knew it wasnt workign when i booked in, the ceiling tile was removed as someone had been workingon it but not fixed. NBad experience poor response, 4 star hotel – pathetic
2. Breakfast : breakfast was not set up. had to wait 10 mns to be seated. no water for coffee, toaster not working and staff not responsive; cold bacon, cold beans, cold egg. Reception staff couldnt careless – such a terrible experience. Go to a holiday inn, a double tree, a prem inn, a back street doss house – you will be far bettered served.
The kitchen staff a big thank for the most amazing English Breakie's, what a way to start the day 🙂
Also to the Romania couple were the gentleman works in the coffee bar and his girlfriend was the waitress in the restaurant. What a warm couple, helpful and so friendly. Thank for helping me to learn some of your native tongue as well 🙂
Also to the two Romania ladies who are an asset to your team who doing an excellent job but probably don't get notice as the maids.
Hameli and Holly on reception who were always happy to help and so warm and friendly.
Also a massive big thank to Husian who on my second week went above the CALL OF DUTY to help with issue with a room. What a gent!!
So once again a big thank to yourselves and the team that works around you. Look forward to seeing you all again in 2017!
To there managers… These guys mention really do deserve an award and an incentive as they make your hotel STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD!!
