The worst online payment. Don't waste your time to make an acount here because you will never got money and card..I'm waiting for my card 95 days and they said they send to wrong address and immediately they close my account and open new one which I never got again…also my money on my previous account they never transferred to the new one…if you go to the support center they will be so rude with you and never help or answer correctly….so BIG ZERO for this kind of online payment because is unprofessional and took your money which you will never see. This review is for all who want to open account here guys don't waste your time and don't waste your money…My experience here was very bad so don't let them trick you with their free account because nothing is free here…everything is chargeable even if you pay 100 times for your card delivery you will never get it.

I used cosmopayment 2 times and it is very good! I was able to send my funds to my brazilian bank account for only $5, great exchange rate to BRL, and very fast. I am very happy that I finally found a trust-worthy payment company. Their support is very fast and I really trust them. They are my payment method of choice right now! I really hope they continue this great service & local transfer to Brazil, it is really that good, you can totally trust them! I am very happy with cosmo

So far it seems great, setting up an account and even getting verified was quick and simple. I just had 1 question.
I just set up an account and I was just curious about the card working in South Africa. I have used a different Ewallet service in the past and had a terrible experience trying to deal with South African banks so I would like to just use the card and avoid interacting with the banks here. My biggest concern is whether or not it can be used at ATMs here and if there will be a charge using the ATMs here. Thank you

– support: replies quickly, very polite and willing to assist in all aspects;
– website: clear, fast, I just feel the lack of being informed of all fees for international transfers from secondary balance to bank.

The page is showing errors, I have updated my bank statement about 100 times that my account is savings and everything appears correct when I refresh the page to see if my bank profile is correct, the configuration that I am updating does not appear, I have my money withheld in the page,

The best company. Never problems. When i lost my card,they immediately create new one and send me . They didnt even waiting for cash on my cosmo account to pay for it,they said that they will take it when i will purchase my accpount. After 3 days i found card. Asked them if they can make it back – I didnt have hope for it but i asked- the same my account was back with old card:) Yesterday i had similar situation,lost and found bag- today i again use my card ,even if yesterday i suspended it. So helpful,so professional. I will always recommend them

Hi! I want to know if I can withdraw money to third person bank account because I don't own a bank account and I saw that to have the plastic card I have to buy it first so I want to know if I can withdraw money to a bank account for a different owner than me while I pay and wait for the plastic card.

The best payment provider in the industry right now! My experience has been nothing but amazing since I switched over to Cosmo Payment. Their team provides excellent and rapid support and are always there to help clarify my concerns. I use my plastic card almost everywhere and they've recently started offering bank transfers in certain countries as well!! I would highly recommend.
