I ordered a costume from this site and I could choose from 5-7 day shipping or 2-4 day shipping. My receipt stated most orders ship within 24 hours and an email stating it was shipped with a tracking number would be sent. After 5 days I emailed them and stated I paid for 2-4 shipping and could they provide and update. I received a terse reply that it had been sent an at the end, in its own paragraph, "You did NOT pay for expedited shipping". And left it at that. I never stated I paid for expedited shipping, just 2-4 day. Even if I had stated that, it is rude to respond in all caps that I did NOT do something (that I didn't claim to have done)

I needed an extremely last minute costume for my 7yo's career day and couldn't find any that would arrive the next day– it was 6pm Wednesday and the "next day" shipping everywhere I looked had a time cut off by noon or 3pm. Then I found Costume Kingdom! I chose their "next day air" and it as rapidly boxed and shipped and was waiting for me at my house when I arrived home at 3pm Thursday! That's less than 24hrs to ship it across country! I was delighted and my daughter was thrilled. The costume is perfect and fits perfectly as well (it's the Disney Cars' yellow Cruz race car driver outfit). THANK YOU!

I paid $27.99 for overnight service – I didn't realize they were in CA (I'm in MA) when I placed the order. The package didn't arrive so I called customer service. She actually laughed when I asked her about it. She said, "Do you actually expect your package to arrive today after ordering last night? What do you think? You think we're open 24 hours a day. That's just crazy.". They called me a dumb c*nt. I'm not kidding. I called back twice and they took turns putting me on hold when I asked for a manager. Finally , "Stephanie Lewis" got on the phone and said, "I'll be sure to let everyone know what b*tches we were to you. Boo hoo.". She extremely obscene comments to me and said I would get no where because "they own the business".

This company is a complete joke. I wanted to cancel my order but that's not possible. I want to return my item, but that's also not possible. PLUS I can't even get ahold of someone from customer service because the phone just continuously rings. I also have not had a reply to my email I sent. NEVER order from them. This is a joke of a company!

Don't recommend this. Never seen such a poorly made costume. I bought another one from ggsdre ss.com which was fantastic.

I tried the costume from costumekingdom.com but it is flimsy and cheap looking. I bought the same costume on thsh ouse.com. Good looking.

The worst costumer service ever.. They yelled at me and called me a liar.. Can u believe that?.. They were so rude, their products are cheap and dirty. I will never buy from them ever again. I can't believe I couldn't even tell the costumer service rep what happened to my order she just yelled and and proceeded by calling me a liar. Just in shock but I belong to this big mommy group.. And u best believe I will share my experience with all the mommy's out there and on my blog as well.. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM.. TRUST ME.

Watch out for this company…this is a mickey mouse operation. I ordered 3 skeleton decorations which arrived (one damaged). The product was very poor quality. When I tried to contact them for a return receipt to ship back, they were rude and told me I was responsible to pay my own shipping. From now on, I'm ordering only from well known chains that will afford to take back their products if customer is not satisfied.

This is the worst website ever. I've had better customer service at wal-mart and i didn't even see these people in person! How does it take three weeks for someone to realize they can't find the costume you ordered? and besides that, Why do three different people not know whether they sent it or not. I am absolutely livid that i was told "we have a lot of new people right now i'm sorry they told you your costume had been shipped" Yeah that's really great to find out a week before the halloween party your hosting! One more thing its not my fault people are new and if you sell halloween costumes and thats it, wouldn't you think you'd be prepared and probably not tell customers "we're just slammed with orders" Do Not Order From Costume Kingdom
