After having recieved my order, I promptly returned the parcel with the return form. I added a track-and-trace service to the parcel just in case. However, even after recieving confirmation that the parcel had been delivered to the address, I've recieved no response from customer service for close to a month – even after multiple e-mails I've recieved no acknowledgement of this. Neither have I been issued a refund for the 拢160 order I returned with their return-form well within the 7-day return period.
While I have absolutely no problem waiting for the refund to process, the outright refusal to respond to contact makes me convinced I will never hear from this company again and never see the return of my money again. This is no way to conduct a business.
