The agent who assisted me with establishing my HO-6 insurance policy is Drew Stetler. He was was very kind and patient and understood exactly what I needed. He was very professional and explained the policy to me.
A few days I had was to call back because my bank needed to have the mortgage clause added. I spoke to Drew and he promptly made the change and emailed me the corrected declaration page. Kudos Drew. I appreciate you.

I have been using covered insurance since I bought my condo in 2017. Customer service has continued to be excellent. Last year one of their representatives notified me prior to my renewal date that another carrier could provide the same coverage for a lot less money. They were able to help me switch with minimal effort on my part.

I was very pleased with the response and help obtaining new insurance for my new condo and also auto insurance. The representative searched several options and found a much better price with the best coverage. I was also pleased to find out that every year when your policy renews, they do a new search to make sure you continue to get the best coverage at a good price.
