I would not spend a dollar with this company I spend 4000 dollars with them and I couldnt get them on the phone to solve my issue and when I asked for refund all of the sudden it's a special order no refund and I send the machine and they kept it and kept the money I wouldn't even rate them for 0 star they are a RIP off

I placed an order at CPAP USA SUPPLIES and instead of receiving a confirmation of my order, I am asked to give a review.

I went to the website, entered my credit card, and placed a $222.46 order. The online information states "waiting for prescription." That was nearly three weeks ago. I normally order CPAP supplies on Amazon and get the product within 48 hours. What's going on?

Ok company ! Still not happy with the mask fit but it seems like they don't really want to go too much out of their way to ensure a tight comfortable fit for you. They give you a mask and say come back in a month if it doesn't fit well. You have to be miserable for the whole month if it doesn't fit. I have to pull mine so tight to keep it from leaking, it makes my nose really sore. Nose stays sore all the time.

Website is very awkward and long delays between screen changes. Sometimes web site becomes non responsive. Email link to sight is extremely slow and times out quite often. I am on a high speed cable connection and have new routers that support latest net protocol. Other sites seem to work better and price comparisons are not competitive with other sites. Cannot buy hoses or masks without a perscrption.
