I ordered an item and after I ordered it transpired that it will take it a few weeks to send the item out.
I then asked them to cancel the order and they acknowledged my request.
I then get a order for a dispatch date. I write again and get confirmation that the order is cancelled.
I then get a 鈥測our item is being sent鈥?email. I leave a voicemail. Get a call back saying that yes they are sending the item to me. Despite having in writing confirmation that they had canceled the order.
A call to purchase more coins, which I explained that I want interested. They only call you with no caller ID, but can only leave voicemails.
This company is very shady and I felt pressured by their pitch.
Please avoid them. They often resell coins from the treasury at a significant mark up. I am really scared that they have my card details and I regret ever placing an order.
Please don鈥檛 make my mistake, avoid them at all costs.
