I was unable to sign back in, to complete the course without my supervisor resending the link multiple times before it would work.

Super fast and efficient. No time at all, and cost effective. Took no more than 15 minutes to file, submit my answers and get a certificate.

I received my CPR card quick. As for the CPR training, it was quick and to the point, but didn't leave out any important information.

I completed my CPR training online due to corona virus. After taking a couple hours to complete, I was emailed a completion certificate I used to send via pdf. I did recieve my certificate weeks after in the mail as well

My certification was very fast and effective. Although my delivery took about two weeks. Which really wasn't bad because they sent me the electronic version right after I verified!

This is the first time that I have done a CPR/AED course on line. I have been doing CPR training for 30 years and I have always done my re-certification in the classroom.
I found the videos very helpful and my overall experience with this course was very good.
I would recommend anyone who needs to do CPR on line, to do it through Indigo Medical Training.

The CPRCertified Airborne Pathogens class was very knowledgeable. I am glad my employer recommended it.

DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED! Being a tattooer of 20+ years, this course was informative, well written and laid out in a easy-to-follow fashion. Our shop works with the CDC and other governmental agencies directly and this course was required to be taken before we went back to work. Im glad it was required.

Very pleased with service.
Ben Pfeiffer was extremely helpful with set-up and small issues that arose.

I felt the course itself was very good.

Some of the answers that had specific percentages do not match the training section of the course; i.e., the minimum alcohol content in a hand sanitizer was 70% in the training and 60% in the test. These should be checked for consistency

Good for someone who has already been certified with a live instructor – it is important to be certified in person the first time as learning how hard to breather and how hard to compress requires a hands on dummy

Indigo Medical Training exceeds the competition by many miles. I will definitely tell my friends and family to take a class with this elite institutuion.

It was very explanatory, however, I believe that online certification is not a thorough enough process for learning the do's and don'ts of CPR.

Excellent review and well worth the money. The trainer was easy to understand and excellent videos. Tests had some questions on it that I did not see or hear on the video.

The information was clear and concise and allowed for the training to be understood. The videos help to see exactly what the writing expressed.

Quick, informative, thorough, easy! I felt really confident afterwards, even the conversation with the Red Cross member on the phone guiding me through it was lovely.

Better than average! The CPR & first aid training for healthcare providers is very well done. I found the website to be responsive and easy to use. When I called I got an immediate "real" person and response to my emails. 2 thumbs up.
