I am amazed by how rich this oil is on very irritating and dry skin and always use some on back of hands before applying hand cream last thing at night. I apply the hair on my body four times a week and my feels much hydrated and way better than before.

I had a problem with using a very old gift card online. Isabel handled my inquiry and did an excellent job! So impressed how professional, fast and reliable she was all the way through the process !! Ordered some mother's day gifts on 5/4… when the tracking didn't have an update after a few days, I contacted them, and right away they contacted the w/h and found out that it was lost in transit. They were able to expedite another order to me! Purchased the smallest sized lotions to try: Citron & Coriander, and Lavender & Espresso which smell awesome, a little goes a long way, and non-greasy! Sooooo ordering the larger sizes! We can't wait for our mother's to try their gifts so we can smell those too (Gardener's Harvest Exfoliating Hand Wash, and matching hand cream. And Eveyln Rose hand cream.

25 years ago, I discovered crabtree and evelyn shampoo while staying in a hotel in london. It was a Jojoba oil product that has since been discontinued. I switched to La Source a few years ago and have been happy with it. Supplies in stores became scarce with crabtree switching to online. I finally ordered through online. excellent customer service from Isabel and excellent product as usual. Delivery was punctual and courteous. Will order again.

I purchased 2 Pear and Pink Magnolia shower gels for the second time from Crabtree and Evelyn. The product has such a nice soft scent. I originally was given the shower gel and body lotion as a Xmas gift. I love the products. The customer service person, Marina, was wonderful when I sent an email regarding an issue I had. She responded immediately with a quick resolution.

Marina was awesome, she found my lost shipment & had it shipped within 2 days, just amazing!!!! She was very sweet & helpful from the 1st moment we spoke!!!

Marina was amazing. I had been erroneously double charged for duty and taxes, and Marina got the charge reversed immediately. And she did this during the pandemic, late at night!!! Amazing customer service! When I sent in a feedback to request for an exchange of Garderners body lotion for Gardeners shower gel, Marina from Crabtree and Evelyn got back to me really quickly and even reimbursed me the amount I paid for the body lotion as an exchange was not possible. I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend everyone to get their gardeners shower gel as it really soothing and it makes you feel relaxed after using it 🙂

Marina at Customer Service is fantastic. I tried sending some of C&E's excellent hand cream (Gardener's and Citron/Coriander, both of which smell good without being too "feminine") to my husband (our work is keeping us in different locations through Covid-19, unfortunately, and right now with all the hand washing we need good hand cream). For whatever reason the shipping didn't go through–DHL said they'd delivered it, but he never received it. Within a few hours of my writing in via the website, Marina very kindly replaced the order, filing a claim with DHL and trying again.

Recently, I placed an order on the Canadian website and unfortunately was charged a customs fee as the order was mistakenly placed from the US base. I used the customer support option on the website to express my concerns about this and Marina in customer support addressed my concerns quickly and efficiently. I was refunded the customs fee and was informed that this error in order placement would be looked into. I was very pleased with how this was dealt with and will continue to order product from C & E. I love the oil by these guys. I use the falling stars body and hair oil on my hair before sleep thrice a week and on my arms and legs after a warm bath. I only use very few drops on my skin and it feels very hydrated. I can fall asleep easily too. Love the product.

The customer experience at Crabtree has been amazing! My package was delivered to my garage but was missing by the time I got home from work. I was disappointed and out to Crabtree's customer service email. Isabel at Crabtree and Evelyn was very responsive and responded within 48 hours about my missing package and immediately sent a replacement package. This is amazing customer service and was very happy with my purchase as well! I would highly recommend the Pomegranate & Argan Body Oil. The fragrance is amazing!

I had planned on letting you know how much I appreciated the instant automatic response with a ticket number to my initial email when I received your follow up response in a week or two. It is so nice to know that my email got where it was supposing to go & not lost in computer land as my sister always said about un answered emails.
I have used your Gardeners Hand Therapy cream for many years, it is my treat to myself. I learned of your product through my sister who was a landscaper & swore by your Gardeners Hand Therapy cream. It was a favorite of my sisters & will always remind me of her, I lost her in 2013 to breast cancer. I still have the last tube of Gardeners Hand Therapy my sister used, though it had been all used, which is the reason I wrongly assumed what I clicked on was the same thing. I had even ventured to the Mirabel factory outlet to purchase my last supply. It took me time to decide to take the leap & purchase on line, because though thoroughly worth it, it is expensive, hence the disappointment when I realized after all that I ordered the wrong thing. Then I literally cringed thinking of past experiences with trying to return things bought on line, just getting a response takes weeks & months for the actual return & credit to be processed. However, you did not take one to two weeks to respond, by the time I woke in the morning all had been more than taken care of. I am blown away by your quick efficient & generous fix to my problem.
