I can't speak highly enough of this company and recommend them highly. Gareth was more than helpful and offered suggestions regarding the engraving of the 3 tankards I had ordered that I was pleased to accept and I was delighted with the result. He even followed up for me with the carrier when there was a hitch in the delivery schedule (to the U.S.) demonstrating Gareth's commitment to customer service. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for pewter products.

Gareth and his team worked extensively with us on multiple customized configurations over a period of several weeks. The resulting products (tankards) were of the highest quality and looked great!

Gareth was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We would HIGHLY recommend Crafted Cup and look forward to doing business with them again in the future!

The Crafted Cup Company provides excellent and thorough service.

I finally found a shop with beautiful tankards! I was looking for a long time for a good quality cup and here I found it. great in quality, customer service and price. Gareth the owner really know his craft and I really recommend to give it a try!
